I was initially to pick up trailer at another location of where I first went. Received a text while I was at the first location that the trailer was at another location 5 miles away. The clerk at this store was not helpful.

The dolly wasn't in there. None of the blankets was in there.

The person who helped us in the store was great, very friendly. The truck was the problem. The slack in the steering made it very difficult to drive. Turn the steering wheel a half turn left or right before the wheels actually moved. And not safe when every bump you hit the back of the truck fishtailed. The exhaust fumes were so bad the windows had to stay down for the drive. And it was very cold outside.

This place added the $15 coverage fee that I selected not to include on my reservation. After contacting a week ago to request the fee be refunded, I've received no reply or refund.

We received the truck at a quarter of a tank. We returned the truck at half a tank. The man working this site said we didn't need to take any pictures and he would take care of it all for us. Only to be charged for insufficient fuel after the truck was returned.

The man working there could barely speak English. He charged me too much. I had my email and text for my reservation and he still charged way to much.

I was reserved the wrong type of uhaul trailer after expressing to the rep what kind of trailer I needed and what for. Once I picked up the trailer, the guy that was there didn't speak very good English and did not secure the trailer to my truck. Once I drove off, about a quarter of the mile up the road, the trailer detached from my hitch and collided with the back of my truck. I was left, at that point, to figure out on my own how to reconnect a secure the trailer to my truck.

Two things I found wrong with the rental experience was 1) 2 different employees did not know who to do their job to check out and check in a reservation that was made online. both had to call the store manager at home because they were working alone. 2) employee provide no help in the hookup and disconnect of the trailer. both just stood watching me "wrestle with" the trailer to manually pull the trailer and lift the trailer tongue.

Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment..

Clean and check interior. We found a child's toy when we were making sure we had not left anything in truck. The passenger seat was too close to seat belt compartment and made it hard to move backwards.

The inside of the back of the truck was dirty... I loaded & unloaded all brand new items however I was charged a $35 cleaning fee for dirt that was not caused by me. Customer should be met by a representative and truck looked over together when keys are handed over.

Picking up the truck was handled great. When I returned it another person was there who didn't understand English very well. He said he could not check it in. Could only be done on line by sending pictures of odometer. I couldn't figure out how to do that. Finally returned to rental location and a different person was there who checked it in and emailed a receipt. They need a procedures book or page for all to follow

This was my 2nd place I was sent to pick up a truck...the person at the counter did not know there job...I had to do it over the phone. It took a hour and half to get the truck. Inside the truck was dirty inside.. the driver side door handle was broken that made shutting the door hard..

The parking lot was so small, it left very little room to park not only the uhaul truck we were returning, but also our truck for the ride home.

First he said, I'm not expecting this trailer? Presented paper work, paused for a while, let me make a call. Then pointed to back of his bldg. & said park it out back. Not professional.

Make sure to have someone at the locations to attach the trailers to the vehicles. Or at least notify the customer that they need to have someone with them that knows how to attach the trailer. Not everyone who rents these is capable to attaching the trailers

The gentleman helping us was very friendly and helpful but was having to help us while also working the cash register. They didn't have the appliance dolly we rented so spent 1/2 our time trying to find one

It's more of a head shop that also handles U-Haul. In fact when I first got there, a place I pass regularly, I was certain WAZE had misdirected me.

The truck was in terrible condition. Not only was it filthy from the previous renter but the windshield was broken and the side mirror was being held on with a coat hanger. It was barely roadworthy.

When it came time to return the equipment no one who could work the uhaul side was at the mini mart. We had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to show up. Then he tells us that we need to take a picture of the miles and the gas tank. Which would have been useful information while we waited especially since it started raining. His appearance was very distasteful looked like he rolled out of bed hit the crack pipe and came to service us. No I will not use this location and I wouldn't advise anyone to go through what I went through.

We turned the UHaul in 1 day early b/c we did not need it for an additional day. I would suggest prorating the UHaul bill if turned in early. We were made to rent the UHaul for more days than we originally wanted, which is not the ideal way to conduct business for the customer.

Was overcharged for gas drive the truck 35 miles put 5 gallons of gas and was charged $16 dollars extra for gas and I reserved a dolly and was not provided one

It took 3 hours because the person there did not know how to secure the trailer. Had to call Uhaul to have them send me a link. Tire on the trailer blew out or was already flat went back to the place because it felt funny while driving and the guy told me everything was fine I just wasn't used to the trailer. Get to the gas station and someone tells me the tire is blown out. Called the uhaul number then told I had to roadside assistance. This delay caused the movers that I got through uhaul to say they could not assist me with my move. So I had no idea what to do. I only had the uhaul for one day and they were already sending text about turning the truck and trailer in. I had to move the furniture with my self and two teenage children. Horrible experience!!!

The truck did not have a ramp . It took us longer yo move our items . It did not gave any ties inside the truck. The represative in the store asked if i would gave it back at 2 i said about 2 . She yhen told me not to worry as long as we were back by 2:30 then it was fine. I brought the truck back before 2:30 and she charged me another rental period which was unclear when she commented dont worry as long as its back by 2:30 . She should have said if its not back by 2 then i am going charge you twice.

They overcharged me and told me the money that was held that we did not use would be put back on the card. They held $160 we only should have paid $140 and we got charged $183. And the girl at the counter with the messy bun and lip piercing was literally dumb and did not know what she was doing. She promised we would not be overcharged and she took up 30 minutes of our 6 hrs trying to "get the computer to work" 30 minutes that we could have been moving stuff that we now have to bring by car. Horrible experience 0 stars

First time using this particular uhaul service. The man in the store is hilarious and friendly. Will recommend!!!

Personnel at this location are very friendly, I appreciate that. I've rented from there a few times. This last time however, the rep was alone to tend Uhaul and the store. I hooked up the trailer myself, a 64 yr old female. I asked to have the drop off at a certain place, was told it didn't matter and could drop it anywhere. Not Correct. I ended up having to drive 30 mins from my home to drop it off when I could have dropped it off less than 4 miles from my home. Also no paperwork given, no signature, nothing. Was told nothing was needed.

I feel I was double charged. I rented the smallest truck $19,99 daily and was charged $107,64 didn't get a print out of bill .

Work on product knowledge and uhaul procedures. I was charged for a one way trip and not told about the charges and was told I would get a refund at the end of my trip and that was false.
