Super easy to drop off truck
James AWhen I picked up truck paperwork said 1/4 of a tank of gas was in it. I didn't check when I first got in, but is was 1/8 of a tank. Total trip was 22 miles and had to put 6 gallons of gas in it. Make sure you double check how much gas you start with.

KIRK GWas the worst experience ever! Quoted prices changed; last minute call no truck; sent to another town to pick up a larger truck (26ft) that was available; was told would be charged the same amount as the 20ft I reserved; set up to pick up early through a lock box that did not work; had to sit and wait an hour til store opened; then was charged $60 more than quoted and also cut our miles down despite us having to go to another town to pick it up. Then after we left the location noticed that the two day rental was changed to one on a one way drop. Despite contacting customer service to get it fixed they did not because the people I had to speak with was available on the weekend! So we had to unload the truck after driving a long distance in the middle of the night so I would not be charged more to be able to get the truck to a DIFFERENT drop location that was originally in the location by 9 am! My card has still been over charged was told I would get a call the next day by a traffic control manger to resolve my complaint that I have YET to receive. Very poor customer service! The entire experience was the worst I have ever encountered and still has not been rectified! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL EVER!

Edward MMy first reservation, with another agent, was terrible. They were closed on the day I was going to pick up truck and found out from Uhaul Customer Service they didn't even have the size truck I reserved. Burnet location saved the day.

Abraham MOur experience was above expectations. The trailer (6x12) pulled extremely well both unloaded and loaded. The low height made for better gas milage. The only thing we would like to see is the availability of a taller trailer in the same configuration as I hit my head a few times loading!

Katherine NAlthough uhaul is a reputable and fairly priced company the manager at this location is a bit much. She charged me $15 on what was $5 worth of gas when the tank wasnt at the half mark to begin with. Would not recommend this location to a stray dog.
Sandra Ano problems with the rental, BUT i received SEVEN emails regarding the reservation all within 2 hours. this was a RIDICULOUS amount of emails. come on! no one needs to read seven phooking emails about a $15 trailer rental. How bout yall cut down on the EXCESSIVE emails next time?

darrell wNothing really. The location was easy to get to and the staff were efficient and friendly. If I would point out anything, I am highly allergic to animals, especially dogs and cats. There was a dog in the shop and that made me uncomfortable. But I will point our the animal was well mannered and pretty much stayed away from me, so it did not become an issue.

reginald bI used U-Haul 24/7 truck pick up and when I got to the location to pick the truck I used the process to do the pickup and it told me I had to wait until the location was open and do it in person. So why was I given the option to do a pick up like that when it wasn't even possible? And to top it off, even though I used the U-Haul site days before, customer service said their wasn't equipment assigned to my order, but could see I had a reservation. After waiting at the location of it to open, which put me way behind my schedule, the owner of the location also saw I had a reservation but also didn't know what truck I was renting. The whole thing was a mess.

Timothy TA lot!!! My reservation was with a near downtown Austin location. I drove 70 miles to Austin to pick up the trailer that was reserved only to be told they did not have it available. I had movers scheduled to help load the trailer. I was told the closest location with the trailer size I needed was in Burnet over 50 miles away! If I would have received a call telling me the trailer was not available and that I would have to pick it up in Burnet I could have picked it up on my way to Austin to load my daughter's belongings for the trip to Nashville. Giving me a $50 credit is not sufficient for the gas and time spent to drive 100 miles round trip plus my time and aggravation. I used U-haul many times in the past and this was the worst experience. I was not the only customer in the Austin location to be told the equipment they had reserved was also not available. U-Haul needs to seriously review their reservation process!

DAVID YI tried 4 times in 10 days to get a truck rental 3 of those were canceled by other dealers for different reasons. Finally this place had one. This location is good, but I'll never recommend uhaul again. It's to much of a Hassel to find a dealer that actually has the products they say they do. Penske from now on everybody.
