Nice friendly establishment. I was relieved that I was told there was a car wash handily nearby to take it otherwise she'd have to charge me the cleaning fee. I will use them again the next time I need to rent a truck but it won't be hauling demolition/drywall material but will be actually moving furniture and I will enjoy the clean truck then.

She wasn't aware of electric trailer brakes and whether truck was set up for it. High traffic area for pickup. I put below average but I've only used 2 uhaul locations so that may not be fair. Unlike my previous experience she didn't walk the truck or explain anything with me. Truck itself, not sure of the age but in need of maintenance or repair. Driver side mirror mount was damaged so hard to adjust and vibrated a lot so that it wasn't the best to use.

the phone app is very slow so it took longer to probably use the app than it would have been if I checked in the normal way. I had also preset the app the night before with all my information, so it was just the time checking in only that was so slow..

We had requested & reserved a 20' truck over a week in advance. However, the day before our move, we were notified by email that one was not available, and that our reservation had been updated (downsized) by UHAUL to a 15' truck instead. This was a major disappointment! The only attempt to salvage customer service was that we were given an additional 30 miles "free" in case we needed to make multiple trips. We never used them, because we didn't have time to make the additional trip(s). We'll probably make different arrangements next time.

Review the time slot for Van drop off. Why is there no drop off box for the Van at this location. I experience a high volume of Seattle traffic. I went over the time of drop off, I had great intention of sticking to the contract, but I think the customer need more time when renting the van. Thanks

The shop owner was polite and knowledgable. Although the vehicle was dirty.(chips on the floor, old rental agreement's & a pink lighter). The truck smelled so bad of smoke I had to drive with both windows down the entire rental. The truck has a weird whine when under 25 miles an hour. I have rented a bunch of U-hauls in my time & never had this many issues. If you would like to discuss further.206-229-3822.

Very nice lady in the office. Quite helpful. Truck was great; smooth acceleration, smooth braking, plenty of room. Five gallons of gas for 32 miles seemed a bit much, but I'm not used to driving a powerful truck. It was perfect for our moving needs today.

I was first called and told it wouldn't be ready on time. When I called Uhaul and asked why, they said that it shouldn't be and they'll call me right back. No one called me. When I dropped it off, I put gas in it exactly to where I needed to and you guys charged me for more gas. I could've gone to budget or penske and spent way less.

you guys really need to improve on online reservation during the weekends. I reserved a haul vehicle on Sunday but i got a notice an hour before my pick up that my vehicle was changed and my location was changed also. This poor notice system is what needs to be worked on.

Person working at this location does not know what he is doing. Provided me at first with wrong truck and wrong contract, then gave me a new contract that was never signed by me and finally provided correct truck. I will use U-Haul again, just not this location.

Terrible company! I got charged 4 times more than the correct amount. The mileage and gas level DID NOT match the way it was dropped off. Second, I come to the location where my reservation was made and they say there's no way a reservation was made here, go to our other location. At the other location they say the same thing, even though I showed proof of online reservation. Finally they agreed but gave me a 15 ft van instead of a 27 ft truck that was requested. Never doing business with U-Haul, such a scam!

The owner was more worried about how my bill was so low and getting more personal information than any other trunk rental place I ever dealt with rather than renting me a truck the trunk was clean but the transmission slammed into every gear... mostly downshift I felt like it was going to break down the Key and the shifter did not line up it just was not a great experience although apparently I got a great deal because the rental lady let me know every 3 minutes ...

UHAUL cheated me twice. Unacceptable! I paid over $1800! My goodness isn't that enough. Why do you squeeze the last bit of blood out of me?? 1 you forced me to pay for extra gas. You wrote that it was 7/8 full. It was 13/16 full. 2. 0% on oil in truck. This is what notice on dashboard read. Why don't you properly maintain the truck?? I'm going on over 2600 mile trip. Oil should have been changed before I took truck. This affected my gas mileage also. So you cheated me a third time.

We were not happy that we had to travel so far to pick up the truck. I made the reservation for the Lynnwood pick up and it was confirmed it was available. Then I got a call from a lady who said I had to come to Everett to pick up the truck. The truck rear outside tire was low and when we arrived at our house to load the truck, the tire had gone flat. It took 2 hours for a repair person to come and repair the tire. Was expecting to pay $201 for the entire rental including insurance coverage. Ended up being $256.
