I was very impressed by the person (I believe name is Charlie) at the front desk who handled my reservation upon arrival. He was personable and courteous. Although he's a "Mail Boxes and More" employee, U-Haul should be happy to have him representing your company. The vehicle was in excellent shape and handled well. I would do business with U-Haul again.

BARBAROS DHave the vehicle washed and cleaned inside. It was filthy dirty. Low windshield washer fluid and oil change warnings lights were always on.

Lewis MThe representative was dismissive, and i was overcharged. He was inaccurate regarding the initial mileage, charging me extra, and then he told me that he would check the truck later upon my return, even though i wanted him to check it while i was there. I told him i used 51 miles and knew he was gonna over charge me and he did.

Reginald BI check in and picked up my vehicle via my phone. I got confused and checked some $25 charge for insurance which I didn't need and was charged $50 for two days. Can this be refunded?

JUAN MMy only minor complaint is that when you are only 1 person it would be great to have power mirrors so you can get the passenger side mirror correct without having to pull over and fix it. In this type of cargo van the side mirrors are critical.

MARCO UThe cargo van I rented turned out to be brand new, I was the first cstomer to use it. The manager at the site was knowledgable, accomodating, and friendly. The pick-up and return processes were easy and quick. I would rent from this location again and will recommend it to others.

Stephen DTook way too long to be verified. Also the drop off directions were not clear. This location does not have a drop box and I needed to leave the keys with the owner of the Mailboxes and more location.
Chris JChuck was incredible and professional amid the current crisis that our country is experiencing, he ensured that only one customer was allowed in the store at once, he wore gloves and a mask. Chuck has a captivating personality and treated me with the utmost courtesy although I am BLACK. Which is unusual since the Trumpeter is in power!
ronald sMail Boxes is great to deal with, however U Hauls pricing is ridiculous. It cost me $95 for less than 2 hours and 50 miles worth of driving. I will never use U Haul again.
