Your directions said go to the end of the counter and skip the line. I tried to do that. The lady said she was helping someone and was really rude about it. And then when someone finally helped me, it took me two seconds to get the key and walk out and be able to check out cause I had already checked in on my cell phone. I doubt I would rent from this location again

Was very impressed with the whole setup. Truck was awesome, got great gas mileage. Probably needs its tranny fluid changed because it did not like downshifting but otherwise everything was excellent. The place was great, the people were great. 100% would go there for my next uhaul. This was probably my best uhaul experience ever.
