Early information on area to drop off after hours to location in back.
FREDERICK WThis was my first time at this location, I was impressed with the customer service. Keep doing a great job.
CHERRY WHard to find I was not told about limited mileage. i was stuck with an extra $200 charge after dropping off the vehicle. My primary path home was blocked by accidents and road construction. I had to go South, then west to Fredrick before turning north for Central. The local manager was rude on the phone when I asked for clarification. He would not give me contact for his regional manager.
MACK RThey aren’t even open during my drop off time, and they do not have a drop box to put the key.
ANTHONY PThe passenger side mirror was a little loose and I had to keep pushing the mirror back when I was at a stop light... other than that I got what I needed to get done

Coleman NI was moving a family member over to the Eastern Shore in Maryland. I hired two movers from the U-Haul website to load the truck and then I was going to drive it out there. I was alone so I also rented a car tow device so I could then drive home. It was far so I did a one-way rental with that car tow device. Everything was great. I was nervous about all of it, but it went so smoothly I was so happy. This location was great and friendly people. I can not think of anything I would do to improve this experience.

DEREK PTime consuming mobile checkin for process. Vague directions. Equipment rental (dolly) not in truck although ordered days in advance. Caused difficulty with move as an expecting mother. Unfortunately would not recommend

Caroline Bthe person at the location did not know how to attach the trailer. It came off the hitch about a mile away from the pickup location. I had to wait 2 hours for help. The trailer had an electrical short which blew 2 of my fuses so the lights did not work on the trailer. I had to go to a second location to get a second trailer where the attendant was very helpful. I lost 3 hours on my scheduled trip. This was the worst experience ever. Train your agents on how to hook up the trailer to the hitch. I am looking for a full refund of my purchase price. This is unacceptable considering the potential damage that could have occurred.

I was especially pleased with the patience of the representatives working together to assist with our needs to provide the best service possible. The location was accessible and reasonably safe. There were no issues returning the vehicle. Everything was completed in about 10 minutes, and we were on our way back home. One issue of concern was the prices not matching in each system. However, the situation was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I would use the service again. Thank you for helping.

They tried to say we didn't put the gas back to agreed, which was 5/8 so I took pictures of gas needle and mileage to reflect gas and mileage. They charged for 2 gallons of gas which was not true. We sent pictures but no one called or made any changes

Vincent YDrop off location was not clearly marked. 24/7 drop off process did not work well on app and took multiple calls to U-Haul support to just drop off truck. No pleased with my U-Haul experience at all

SCOTT LMake sure that employees know the system. Minimize wait time. Check the trucks thoroughly before renting. Please be clear with customers. Very unprofessional to help customers thru cell phone of other employees. Not Good Service and definitely NOT reasonable rates

david wThey charge me for gasoline but I return the truck back with the some amount of gas, I have a picture of the gas hand and mileage, I will be contact the office about this. If this is uhaul practice then you have lost my business.
