Waiting for approval was the hardest part for me.It was cold.I was outside and I was waiting for someone to approve my paperwork.

The windows was down so the seats was soaking wet there was no gas an the trucks was so close together that it made it hard to get in

This is the first time I've utilized U-Haul. Overall service was very good. I was especially pleased with the patience of the representatives working together to assist with our needs to provide the best service possible. The location was accessible and reasonably safe. There were no issues returning the vehicle. Everything was completed in about 10 minutes, and we were on our way back home. One issue of concern was the prices not matching in each system. However, the situation was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I would use the service again. Thank you for helping.

I had to clean the snow off the truck and service was not good at all . They tried to say we didn't put the gas back to agreed, which was 5/8 so I took pictures of gas needle and mileage to reflect gas and mileage. They charged for 2 gallons of gas which was not true. We sent pictures but no one called or made any changes

There was a lot going on this location. They were so busy on their other services and uhaul seems last.

I never received the 3 dollys I ordered which you refunded, thank you, however I really needed them for my move. Also, I don't appreciate being taxed over 20 % for using a debit card.

Drop off location was not clearly marked. 24/7 drop off process did not work well on app and took multiple calls to U-Haul support to just drop off truck. No pleased with my U-Haul experience at all

Seem like every time I come is only one pickup there available for rental and you can't get the internet for some reason in that area.

Be sure the equipment requested & charged for are available & assure uhaul doesn’t overcharge and charge customers accounts twice.

Make sure that employees know the system. Minimize wait time. Check the trucks thoroughly before renting. Please be clear with customers. Very unprofessional to help customers thru cell phone of other employees. Not Good Service and definitely NOT reasonable rates

The lock to get the keys out was extremely hard to get unlock. They should either grease the lock or replace.

No. Everything was good. Good people on helping me get dropped off in the correct location. On the telephone help.

They charge me for gasoline but I return the truck back with the some amount of gas, I have a picture of the gas hand and mileage, I will be contact the office about this. If this is uhaul practice then you have lost my business.
