GREGORIO MI was over charged due to a bad odometer reading. I was over charged $172,59 for miles I did not drove. I have used U-Haul for the past 20 years. I would not use it again much less recommend it.
Adela CThey said if a rent it on Thursday they gunna charge me 0,69 cents per mile in my whole contract and when they made my contract they charge me 0,99 cent a mile they are not honest. When I return the truck i told her and she said I have to charge everything and then you can call the U-Haul number back to make a reclames

Steven DThe interior of cargo van was dirty and the tire pressure light/chime repeatedly turned on throughout the trip. Prior to leaving, I was informed by the office staff that the sensor required resetting but that it was safe to drive. The two women who helped me at this location were very nice.

Gustavo GThe person who confirmed my reservation was charging me an extra day and she insisted the charge was for the insurance. Apparently the insurance had to come with the vehicle. This information was different from when I did my reservation online as well as the price. Certainly won't be using the services again.

NICK VI placed the reservation on time and had confirmed location of pick up. Upon arriving, I was told that it was not in that location, but in a different location. This was a problem as I had to find another means of transportation. I suggest you let customers know ahead of time if pick up reservation has changed or have product available for the customer.

Francisco PTruck was mainly clean, but there were a good amount of dirt on the floors. Also, it is very frustrating when I rented a Utility dolly and not only was it not given to me, but there was no utility dolly available and I had to receive and appliance dolly. Also, just as a general complaint. I am very upset by the fact I received a empty gas tank truck so I had to fill it up in order to complete my move. Then when I had more gas in the tank than I received it. I did not receive any credit for my next move or even any credit for boxes or tape or any moving supplies. Gas being as expensive as it is now that is a good $100 extra that Uhaul just received from my hard work. Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly last time I rented from Uhual I was also missing the utility dolly. Im not sure what kind of moving business is run here, but from the experience that ivewith uhaul. It makes me not want to use their service again and go with a different moving company. The website is fine and very helpful, but each time ive used Uhaul I always have difficulties obtaining my equipment that I paid for. I then have to drive back to the location and get the missing equipment, which is my time and gas that I have to used to fix your mistake, terrible honestly. Then your company has the audacity to say its my loss that I am giving you more gas in the tank than what you gave me? which is an empty truck? terrible all around.
