Michal LaskowskiWe were given the wrong dolly. We did not want the upright one but we're given only the upright one and charged for both. We were charged a cleaning fee? I'm pretty sure no one cleans them after each use. Equipment worked and it got us from one place to another.

john daemerWhen I picked up truck in Virginia the tank was just under a 1/4 of a tank, when I returned it it had just above an 1/8 of a tank. I was surprised to get a bill for $60 inclusive of 6 gallons of gas and a $30 refill fee. When I returned the vehicle the location did not have time to look at the truck so I guess they determined this fee after I left the location. The tank is 40 gallons - based on how I got the truck and left it I dk t believe I should have been charged for 6 gallons.

LOUIS MOUNTThe location was great and easy to work with. I was supposed to check in and get the keys by using the UHaul app since my pick up time was after hours. The mobile experience was horrible and it was not letting me log into my account. Thankfully the location owner was able to get me my key in person so that I could rent the truck at the time I needed it. Please update your mobile app experience.

Matthew DavisThe online reservation actually charged me extra for coverage I did not want. I thought I had chosen no coverage but it automatically puts coverage on and you have to choose to opt out. It should be the other way around.
Vickie M FullerThe truck broke down when I stopped to get gas I lost several hours with this problem when I called u haul road service and requested a battery they text me back and said yes the service man will bring one. a hour or so later he arrived and NO battery so now I have to wait for him to go get one!!! I'm recommending all my friends and family never use u-haul !!!!!!

Christian NaugleDrop-off was convenient for me, which is why I chose, it is a repair place that I think doubles as a U-haul drop-off site. I dropped off before staff was in to review the truck, so not able to weigh in on the staff. Still a good spot for lower and central Bucks County Pa.

Jeffrey CummingsThis has nothing to do with the pick up location. Issue was no one ever called us In the time frame advised. 6 pm night before pick up. We called at 6:30/7 git a complete runaround and never had it resolved until my husband called 7 am the next day as advised.
Michael RainvilleConveniently located near Route 1 in Pennsylavania. Owner was very helpful with check-in procedure as U-Haul's system was not letting me use my cell. Wheels were out of alignment on truck (I had to drive over 700 miles with my wheel aimed at 1:00). U-Haul should have something in place to check these sorts of issues especially for long-haul trips.

I had to call customer service to get it cleared up and it still was wrong at check out. 45 minutes of wasted time and the price was still wrong. The pick up location couldn't do anything to help me as the system doesn;t allow them to.

ANdy RaffleThe cost, for less than four houirs, was much more than the advertised $19.95, even including something for mileage. The deal was not bad, but it would be better to let customers know in advance what the true cost is likely to be.
Daniel SeegerFurniture pads were reserved, but not provided. I called the uhaul number that morning and reported it. I then had to go and find furniture pads which added time and miles to my rental. I am now being contacted by uhaul and threatened with collections for a balance due which I was never made aware of until today. In that balance is a 2nd day charge. I got the truck at 8 AM and returned it at 2:30 pm the same day - 6-1/2 hours and being charged for two days. The extra half hour beyond my reserved return time was to go get moving pads which weren't there when they were supposed to be, and there was no one at the business to ask that morning. Also, I was still charged for the pads that I never got and were to be credited based on the call I made to Uhaul the morning of March 6th. Further I never agreed to the coverage and was charged $20 for that as well. I will not be using uhaul again, nor will I be paying the additional charges. In fact, doing the math Uhaul owes me money. Not to mention my extra time that day for their screw up.

Jose GomezThe owner Ron could not have been more friendly and helpful. He runs a an excellent service station and his guys there are great!! I wish all U-Haul franchises were like this one!! If you call the 1800 #, the U-haul regional CSRs are in general, nasty. I did have one nice experience on the phone, but the other four would have been terminated on the spot if they worked in my business.
