My reservation had 2 pick up locations. Went to both, didnt see any uhauls at one of the locations and had to go to a 3rd location (with actual people there). After 2 hours, finally got my uhaul. Originally had pick up time at 7am and didnt have my uhaul until 9:00. I had to be completely moved out of my apartment that day at 10:00AM. Clearly that did not happen because of this uhaul reservation from hell.Leighanna S.

Truck was not near location of pick up, inside was dirty, leftover home items from previous user and napkins and various food things left in cabEMILY E.
I paid for a dolly that was not inside the truck when I began the rental. I did not have time to try and pick it up for another location but it was a large bummer and made my move a lot more difficult.Theo H.

Went to the location at 9:55am to pick up for my 10am rental. The store was not opened at 10am so I called the number provided and the man said â€œmy wife will be there in 5 minutesâ€, his wife shows up 15 minutes later and does not guide me into what to do next and simply looked like she did not know whats shes doing. Experience was so poor and unprofessional. The truck was also dirty, you could see all the grime on the windows from the outside. Also, I did not use the rental for the entire time period I had requested and gave it back to the dealer 2 hours ahead of time and I was not able to get compensated for the time I did not use the truck for which is upsetting because I paid for 2 hours worth of time i did not use.Natalia L.
