Other then they were hard to understand as they didnt speak english, the location was good.

Jose RA 20' was reserved at another location to pick up here & they didn't have it. Not sure who dropped the ball! Only an 1/8th tank of gas was in truck. We only drop 20 miles total & put in 4 gallons which brought it to more than 1/8th tank. Then they charged me for 6 more gallons. That would mean 10 gallons to go 20 miles. That is a problem!

Arthur PEverything was good with this location except the distance from where I lived. It was a 20 minute drive in the country to a remote country store. I drove past three other uhaul locations on the way.
Jeffrey HSelf ch check in and out is almost impossible in this area with lack of cell service. Had to wait for the employee checking me to out to call the owner to get my documents completed. The uhaul was returned 2 hours late and I was changed an extra day.

Kay MI want to know if someone sold or gave my ph# to salesperson for soon after I signed contract with your agent, I started receiving robo sales calls, one after another, while trying to drive while pulling your trailer. That was last Thursday and I'm still getting them. I'm very frustrated about this. I had received an occasional spam call before but not even 5 % of what I'm getting now. Please do something !
mark HSo.. I the Truck was clean...and ready to go.. I could not find the equipment "furniture dolly, furniture covers" that I had to pay for... No one cared to make sure I was getting what I paid for....
Anthony GLady at the drop off location was very helpful. Still the drop off location was out of our way. It was 25 miles away when there was 3 locations within 5 miles of me.
