It would not allow me to to pick up my uhaul at the time that was arranged I had to wait on the phone for over an hour trying to get ahold of a representative. After waiting on hold and at the pick up location In the rain and cold weather I was finally able to pick up the uhaul.

I couldn't get the converter out so the gentleman helped me with that and again we were on our way. Very good experience.

Dion S.I have zero problems with this location. My problem is the absolute DISARRAY of the corporate side. I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time and nothing was right. I had to check on my reservation more than three times to assure everything was fine and each time something was wrong.
