Drop off was great!!! The gentleman that was on duty went out of his way to help me with the return. Although he was very busy, he insisted on helping me with the return. Outstanding customer service!!!

Christa NCould not use the mobile phone option to get my first rental location in another town nearby called Lititz. There were no blankets or hand truck in that rental van. Very frustrating. May want to look at your software to make sure it is compatible with all platforms and GPS coordinates are accurate. Customer service was very helpful! They found a truck at a different location. But was a full 2 hours before I could finally get into a truck and get on the road. The remainder of the rental went very smoothly, but I am wary of that self-serve option.

Trinh HIt's a gas station and the personnel that are left to receive returns do not know how to do one way returns. My time is more valuable than having to stand around waiting on phone calls to find the manager to get the vehicle returned. They seemed to not know that they were to receive the one way rental which was the assigned return site on the contact.
Robert MAttendant was a little unsure of the drop-off procedure. Overall, no issues.

Thomas RDue to poor communication, we were delayed 11/2 hrs in receiving the key to our truck. The pick up location did not, after several attempts, answer the phone when I was setting up the rental…..arrangements were made by UHaul. Despite being informed that I had never rented before , I was NOT informed the pickup had to be done online (the pick up location is a brick & mortar business….I checked their hours of operation and truly believed I would be dealing with knowledgeable personnel). It required UHaul calling the owner of the business to rectify the situation …..AND providing ALL the information that I had just given to UHaul , to the owner. Also, being asked to download an app for a one time transaction is ridiculous. I will only consider renting from UHaul again if desperate.
joe zThe truck can be clean. You could make the customer aware that they will have to use an app to do self pickup. Have someone at the location that is able to assist because the app does no work usually. They were not able to help for 2 reasons, first they have nothing to do with Uhaul, second they were unable to do communicate clearly.

Mark SOverall, I was happy with my experience with UHAUL. The check in and check out took longer than I had expected and needed customer service help for the check in. I did the early check in which actually caused issues when I arrived at the location to pick up the vehicle. Taking pictures and doing return while raining. Will go to store location in future for vehicle pick up and return.
John BThe only problem I had, was that until I entered the store, my location kept saying I was not at the right place. Otherwise, the service here is awesome.
