back of truck dirty when I picked up had to sweep before putting my stuff in it upon return pulled up to front of store went in woman would not come out and made me park to back of parking lot then walked back in freezing cold to show pictures of dash I am 67 year old veteran with bad hip they had no respect
richard pU-Haul called and asked me to pick up an open trailer from another location in Long Island and drop it off at my drop off location in NJ. They offered me a $100 discount to take the open trailer with me. However, when I got to the second Long Island location, there was no trailer at the location. I asked for some or the $100 to be refunded because I wasted my time traveling to the second Long Island location. I called to file a complaint on 10/22 and have not heard back from U-Haul yet.

Danielle DThis location ripped me off. When I dropped off my truck the tank was filled and there was no damage. But the owner of the location wasn't there so his wife told me to just leave the key. Then I found out I'd been charged for fuel and damage. Very unethical.

FRANKJAMES CI'm extremely disappointed with the last minute change in pickup location that's 20 miles away from my home. Further away from the initial pickup location. This took place an hour and a half before the actual scheduled pickup and added a level of inconvenience and mileage expense that was unacceptable. Unless I am refunded a fair amount of the extra expense, this would be be the 7 mile difference between the original pickup location and the new one x 2 for both the pickup and drop off, I'll never patronize UHaul again.

Walter SThe check out process took a half hour. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Finally after 30 minutes our transaction finally went through and we were given the keys.
