I ordered two dollies and never received them and still didn't get them off my bill once I talked with the person inside. Also I refilled the gas gauge to what I got it at and was told the gas gauge was less. So then I got charged for not putting enough gas in. Overall it was an awful experience and would not use U-Haul again.Daniel H.

I would have given the location an Above Average rating for the trailer had enough mud and dirt on the deck that I had to point it out to the dispatcher. Otherwise, it would be Above Average.,Stephen B.
They were very inexperienced. They didnt even know what the insurance covered. They never told us to take a picture of the mileage before we came in the return, so we had to make a long walk into the back, in the pouring rain, to go get it. There is only one person working the store and UHaul, so they had to keep going back and forth. Therefore it took a long time.KELLY T.

The truck.was slightly below half when I picked it up. I only drove it 14,6 km which would have used less than 2 litres of gas. I was billed for fuel to bring it up to the half. Which was more than I used.Why should I be charged for the fuel use by the previous used when the previous user was not.PAUL J.

Have sign in cab stating be careful, high step out. Remember to use foot step to get out of cab. I forgot how high I was and fell out of the truck..scrapped knee and elbow.MICHELLE H.
The location was good for where I needed. The lot is quite muddy as the units are located in the back and on dirt and grass. The trailer worked well for my needs and pickup and drop-off were fairly easy. I wasn't too happy that I had spent the time to go online and do the pre-pickup signing in only to find it wasn't done when I arrived at the store. I felt it wasted my time.Darren T.

I place my reservation online only to get a call th eject day to have a â€œregional managerâ€ tell me that the truck I order was not available. She then went on to tell me it was my fault because I waiting to long to order my truck. She ovffered me many other trucks that were either to small or for times that would not work.NICKOLAS V.
