Reservation was originally moved to Madison west side. I called and got it changed to Portage. However it had been rented out prior to our arrival but we didn't find out until after we arrived. Then the reservation was made for Montello. Moving stuff is stressful enough without the run around between stores to locate an available trailer

James DonaldsThere was dried blood running down the inside of the cargo area of the truck. I did not clean it up, since it's blood. I'm not touching it due to the pathogenic dangers of it. I feel that since I'm required to sweep out the truck, there shouldn't be anything like that in there.
Tammy RichardsonYour representative lied about mileage and fuel charges. Overcharged me on both. I photographed the truck dash with mileage and fuel level. What you can do for IMPROVEMENT....TRY HONESTY!!

MARSHALL FIELDSThe truck drove really well actually! Just had to figure out the Transmission Tow setting - not sure I liked that Tow mode was by default turned-ON every start. I also appreciated the after-hours drop-off. We estimated the cost upfront pretty close so no real sticker shock. Yes, I would rent from this location again... Very good service.

Daniel WesolowskiSite location and customer service at the location was excellent. Equipment good and as advertised. Now the bad. Express Check-in is TERRIBLE. Spent 1 hour getting the truck via that method. So bad that I would have spent an extra day's rental just letting the truck sit so I could have it WHEN I needed it. Cell phone coverage in my area is questionable but why isn't a toll free telephone number provided to cover such a contingency. Additionally, spent much time giving the app information - my photo, driver license front and back photo, etc. - that could have and should have been covered when I was in the rental office the day prior or via the internet on the day prior after I made the reservation. In summary, Express Check-in sucks.

Shannon MitchellThe only thing I disagree with is how one is supposed to fairly pay for the fuel used. I got a truck that was between 3/4 and full of a tank of gas. When one has no idea how large of a tank it has and then to calculate the amount needed to get it back to that exact spot when fueling up is impossible. So we (unfairly) filled it all the way up. Why isn't it mandatory to be full when one rents it and then to fill it back up when one returns it? No guess work involved.
MARK PEPINThe cab of the truck had 1 empty Dorito bag in it. It had 1 half drank bottle of water under the seat rolling around. There were 3 jackets with masks stuffed under the seat as well. There was a Pennsylvania toll electronic pass on floor too. The inside of the truck cab had not been cleaned. The rest of the truck was good. It ran perfect and I would rent again.

kevin jungWhen I checked the truck in, the owner charged me $9 for gas, when I had just filled it up right down the road. He said it was on full when I rented it, but that it was at 15/16 when I returned it. Impossible, because whoever rented it before had to fill it up down the road just like I did. I will never rent there again. The man is a thief.

jimmy klenzWill never do business with this location again. We called the afternoon before to confirm our reservation. They told us we may not have a truck as one was not available. When we asked why they stated that that's how UHaul does business. We had to call another location before they finally called us back to say they would be driving to Oshkosh to get us a truck. Very poor customer service. The lady was very rude to us after we called the other business. We should not have had to do that.

CURT PENTERMANthe attendant needs to be more clear on charges. I was told that I would have a 15-ft truck, and three days before my move was told that there was nothing that size available. As a result, I had to settle for a 10-ft truck, which made me make two additional round trips, incurring extra expense in mileage charges. overall, not very happy about the way i was treated. I feel that I should be given a credit of at least 40 miles due to not having a large enough truck. Samantha at the Maplegrove location was nice enough, but you guys also charged me for a deposit of $85 on Friday, then today, Monday, you charged me two times for $67 and then an additional $12, for a total of $233, when I only owed about $165, and even that amount should have been discounted $10 because I was given a 10-ft truck and not a 15-ft. That was supposed to have been changed before I was charged, and that was not done either. Here it is almost at the end of the business day, and still don't have a resolution. Samantha says she is working on it, but it seems that corporate is dragging their heels in trying to help her. Not a happy person right now, and if it is not resolved soon, and in a satisfactory manner, I will be making further steps to get restitution.
