Dropped off truck twice this location, excellent customer service
Terrell PUnlike the horrible unprofessionalism from uhaul and chat agents up until drop off, this location in carthage was helpful on the phone, when we called to ask if they were expecting the truck and auto transport since the app showed a change to the transport supposedly being scheduled to return it to the place of pick-up. Uhaul needs to reach out to us to make things right

Louis KTruck had some damage prior to my use the app is slow for checking in and out of the equipment and confusing at times. Prices are a lie with all the fees that get added on.

Stevie CWe were returning a truck with a 5' X 9' trailer. There wasn't much space there to park and return both of these at this location.
Brent JThis location was low on stock. I could've used a small box box truck but they only had the largest size box truck so I had to get a friend with a truck and hitch to tow a large box trailer for me. Other than that, they met me during an ice storm to rent to me and there was zero hassle!

Andrew BEven though we went over the dolly to make sure everything worked before leaving the lot. Less the a mile down the road the break light fell out.
SARAH BI took the uhaul back a day early and thank god I did because my drop off day the location was going to be closed due to a parade and I was not informed about this
Patience HI reserved this location with a pickup time of 8am. However, they do not even open until 9am. That information was misleading.
Josh DI did a pre-order. Went to pick it up was an issue with the website. Ended up waiting 1 and 1/2 hours. The supervisor gave me a good deal for being so patient. I received a text today stating I had a late fee. Come to find out it wasn't checked in right. Didn't ha e a very good experience.

BARNABAS BEmployees were very nice and helpful, but said Uhaul gave them very little training on the rental process.
Ashley VNo blocks to hold up trailer, we had to go down the road and find big rocks to block the trailer. Pickup was awful and we had requested a utility trailer and ended up switching us to an enclosed cargo trailer. We had spent 45 minutes at a different location, and they had the trailer we needed, but they said after 45 minutes of waiting that their system wasn't working so they couldn't rent us a trailer bad experience overall.
