Employees were very nice and helpful, but said Uhaul gave them very little training on the rental process.
Ashley V.No blocks to hold up trailer, we had to go down the road and find big rocks to block the trailer. Pickup was awful and we had requested a utility trailer and ended up switching us to an enclosed cargo trailer. We had spent 45 minutes at a different location, and they had the trailer we needed, but they said after 45 minutes of waiting that their system wasn't working so they couldn't rent us a trailer bad experience overall.
