The van was dirty and there was garbage left behind from previous renters. The ABS light was on the entire time and every few miles the van would shake.

Truck needs maintenance front direction Shakes a lot around 85 km /h Needs new wiper blades Thought the truck is dangerous to use if not fixed Thanks anyway. Do something about it !!!!

The van needs to be serviced, the whipper were all broken it was snowing so i didnt see well, no snow brush eather. At 80km/h the steering wheel shook so bad i thougjt i was going to loose a front tire.

The tires were so inadequate that I could not get to the destination because of a SUPER MILD hill ... If there was 1 inch or even any snow, the truck would not budge ! Service lights were on, ABS was not functional. So, maybe in California it would have been ok But in Canada, winter NO WAY !!! If there would have been ANY snow on the road, I WOIUL DHAVE BROUGHT IT BACK, it was so dangerous. I DID NOT have a choice in using it. But I DO NOT Plan on reusing your services. The whole thing was one irresponsible rental, you should NEVER rent a vehicle in this state. Had I been stopped, I think the cops would have taken it off the road. So, the good thing is that I have proof that my heart is in a good condition as this level of stress didn't kill me. But I have never been that worried in a rental. I would recommend to have a basic training in order to do a visual inspection when picking up and dropping off the truck rented

I was charged 179$ when the estimate was 128$. I used 400 km for the estimate but only drove 288 km. I brought the vehicle back with more gas than when I picked it up. Feels like false advertising and think the invoice should be corrected.

Super convenient. The vehicle was a bit dirty inside but it wasn't a problem from a hygiene perspective; I just didn't want to be stuck having to clean up someone else's mess at the end of my move day. The online reservation thing was an absolute nightmare. I had around 15 different combinations of texts and emails, many with different days, times and vehicles to pick up. Of course, none of that was in the control of the actual the store people.

Le camion était salle à l'intérieur (dans la cabine et un liquide avait coulé dans le compartiment arrière. De plus un problème avec le système de ventilation était évident. Une réparation mécanique semble nécessaire.

Miscount in the number of blankets handed out, no washer fluid in the tank, the spray arm on the driver's side did not work. And most difficult was the language barrier...broken English and French. Not an easy location to get to.

The truck was very dirty inside and outside. The truck was not full of gas. Was charge a fuel charge. Thank god I had taken pics to show it was not full.

Le commerçant parlait à peine le français. Impossible de se comprendre. J'avais réservé 48 couvertures et arrivé chez moi lorsque j'emballe mes meubles, je me rends compte qu'il y a seulement 21 couverture. Lorsqu'on les retourne, on me charge 91,98$ … C'était supposé me coûter 40$ pour 48 couvertures… Pourquoi on me charge autant…

Formation de vos employés, je suis vraiment déçu. On nous transfère d un département à l'autre. j'attends un crédit de m Beaudin... Toujours pas fait, pas acceptable

Service en entier de la part du personnel en place laisse à désirer. Ne parle ni bien l'anglais ni le français. Nous a fait patienter de longues minutes car elle devait s'occuper du dépanneur. Avons ramené le camion et remis au même niveau l'essence mais elle a été arrogante en mentionnant que le niveau était plein ce qui était faux, il était au trois quart. Je ne louerai plus si c'est à cet endroit que je dois le récupérer. . C'est quoi les frais de 18$ CDW ???. Très décue du service.

Expérience très très décevante. J'ai pris possession de mon camion après 1h30 de retard, la personne sur place ne savait rien. J'ai dû contacter uhaul par 3 fois au téléphone pour qu'il puisse m'offrir de l'aide. Le client avant moi était en retard et personne n'a donné d'explication ou d'excuse à mon égard. Je devais avoir mon camion à midi et j'ai quitté avec le camion à 13h30, c'est inconcevable, manque total de classe et aucun respect.

Service de merde. Aucun explication de la facturation. La personne qui a produit le contrat n'était pas sur place. Je n'ai pas pu lui parlé. J'ai juste reçu un mail. Le vendeur s'occupait du Dépanneur et j'ai dû attendre un bon moment qu'il doit disponible. Absolument pas à l'écoute. Vous devriez les auditer sur le service qu'ils offrent

Il a fallu que je balaie l'arrière du camion avant de l'utiliser j'ai du mal à croire que la cabine est été nettoyée avant que je le fasse moi même je trouve cela très moyen en temps de pandémie. il n'y a eu aucune vérification du camion au retour, alors qu'il était bien plus propre que quand je l'ai pris. Vos contrats sont très peu lisibles très mauvaise qualité graphique et confusion entre les unités métriques et impériales.

I was surprised with the online contract. It was simple and clear. No time wasting. Good job. The only major thing for me, you should have a secure app from where we can send you the picture of the driver license. I didn't like that someone behind the desk of a corner store takes a picture of my ID with her cellphone. That's how identity fraud happens. I asked to delete after the transaction but even then, she could easily restore the deleted picture from the cell trash.

Very disappointed overall from thé false représentation of your rental fées and standards I have rented before elswhere and thé Price quoted at the beginning should be thé final Price With exception to the km As for thé renter it was long before I could actually take the truck, I had to remove the snow off of it myself and i have no idea if it was sprayed down with antibacterial before. Nothing was said and it didn't seem to be a concern Elsewhere they do it in front of you before you get in . I expected to get less service because I was paying less but in the end my bill was the same price as elsewhere Needless to say I will go elsewhere in the future
