Great people with great people skills. Will do business with them again and no hesitation in referring it recommending to others. Tony at the counter is very pleasant , knowledgeable, informative. Mike is awesome and handy too. Mario did the booking on the phone great customer service everyone there. It was very easy and pleasant to deal with bunch of good folks.

The cell phone pick-up was more complicated and annoying than expected so the pick up took half hour longer. When trying to drop off the vehicle my login information was no longer recognized so I had to call in.

Mario and his crew were AWESOME. Their showroom was clean and well organized, the rental equipment and products he has were clean, well maintained and easy to use. I picked up a trailer and he changed my hitch around, hooked up the trailer and gave me instructions on how to operate u-hauls kingpin. I would recommend pickling up your next rental from this location, even if it is further out for you. Great experience. Thanks guys!

Not a comment of improvement more of a compliment. I brought the truck back early during business hours and couldn't find the drop box. The gentlemen in the store came out and showed me what to do, joked with me and asked me if I was satisfied with my experience. I opted for mobile so that I could do it myself but afterwords I almost wished I went in from the get to because he was super attentive and explained everything so well. Renting and driving my first uhaul was intimidating but the online check in made it easy and the customer service I received after made me wish I had another reason to visit that store. The cost was also super affordable. I wish I knew about this in previous moves I wouldn't have even called friends for a truck given how easy and affordable renting a uhaul can be. In town anyways, long drives or distance shipping (uhaul boxes) are definitely pricier than other options. Overall I was super pleased with my rental it made my move 100 times less stressful.

Everything was awesome friendly and veryProfessional. The only problem I had was the door going up and down springs were messed up and it was very hard to open and close. Sam and Mario's was an amazing place to rent a U-Haul.

Rented the truck, appliance dolly and and moving blankets. Nobody was there at pick up and I never received the appliance dolly or the moving pads but I was still charged for them. I spent an hour of my rental time trying to reach someone to get the the appliance cart and blankets as they were necessary, and I never received either. Service was a joke. I would not recommend uhaul after this.

Truck was not very clean on the inside, I understand it's a rental truck but when your papers state " vehicle is clean " it usually means, vacuumed wiped down etc. This vehicle was dirty inside. Everything else was fine. Very nice guys at Mario & Sam's. They do provide good service and are very courteous, friendly and professional.

Don't over charge me for fuel! I filled it back to the line I received and still get charged additional fuel charges.

When I picked up the truck on June 1, 2019 I told them I wanted to pay ny cash for the rental. I was advised that he would put a note on the contract saying I would come into the office on June 3, 2019 before 7:30am to pay in cash. I showed up at the shop at 7:03am and was told that because there was a credit card on file they automatically charged that and the note was ignored. This is very poor customer service. Also, the bed of the truck was smeared with mud, there were muddy handprints in the cab of the truck and the cab smelled smoky, the truck obviously hadn't been cleaned when the previous customer returned the truck.

I was told my price would be 234$ and it was s Due by may 24th. When I returned it I was charged 344 dollars with no explanation why. Very upset with the experience.

Was told that the unit was full of gas, however, when I got on the road I noticed that the gas gauge indicator was mid-way between full and three-quarters. After driving the unit for only 12 miles (20 kms), I filled up the tank - the charge was $20 (the fillup charge should have been no more than $5). Obviously, the unit was not full when I received it - I presented the fill receipt to the renter as proof that I had filled it. I don't expect any reimbursement, but just a note that all future customers should be asked to verify tank before moving the unit.

I didn't like that I received an email stating I hadn't returned the rental. I had returned the rental when I was supposed to but the rental place was closed. This bothered me. I hope it doesn't happen the next time I rent from uhaul or I will find somewhere else to rent from. Barbara Rowe

There were problems with the truck. However i shouldnt have had to drive a half hr in one direction to pick up the truck when i made my reservation well in advance then have to drive an hr in the opposite direction to pick up the auto transport. Very poor customer service. And the price was crazy. A 1600 dollar difference to go from hamilton to charlottetown than it is to go the other way. I can understand a couple hundred in the price difference. Not more than double. Such a rip off. I will never rent from uhaul again nor will i ever reccomend uhaul to anyone.

Attendant was excellent. There was a delay in completing the online order form because the system thought I was in a different time zone, which messed up the overall return time & thus the final cost. Your online system needs some improvement.
