Truck was not there when I was scheduled to pick up the truck. The previous driver never dropped off the truck and I was never informed of this. I was originally scheduled to get the truck at 20:00 on Friday 21 2023 but did not get the truck until 22:45 or so that same night. I had to go to a different location and spend almost 2 hours on the phone and most of that phone call was me on hold. This situation could have been avoided if I was informed that the truck had not been delivered yet and would not be ready from anyone from the U-Haul Team. Over all it was the worst experience I ever had and caused me more stress then the actual move it self.

The persons or people that are managing this location are not helpful to anyone there is no greater or any type of customer service. I dropped off the truck at 12:00 pm in the afternoon with a half tank of gas and clean in the truck cabin and the box. Now I revived my receipt and it says I dropped off the truck at 7:pm and that's a lie cause I have photo proof and time stamped pictures of when I dropped it off. Now this is very unacceptable and really would like this to be taken care of. Abuse no one should be going through that with such a company with high customer service values.

The staff was professional and the equipment was in good condition. My only comment would be that they didn't have blankets or straps for us to rent for our move. If you are renting from this location you will need your own materials.

The gas light was on when we got in the truck. We got charged more at this location than any other one we have used. The truck was not well maintained. Would not recommend to anyone.

My original location was changed to the location listed above. The original location was horrible. I had to wait a long period of time until I was seen for assistance to check-in. My reservation was not ready and I had to uber across town to the new location to pick up my rental. The owner was very rude and decided to argue with me when I was just trying to simply tell him some information. I had a terrible experience and was completely disappointed. At the new location the staff were very helpful and got me out quickly!

Really there's nothing you can do because y'all have done a very amazing every time that I come to the U-Haul y'all are always friendly and nice and understanding and everything looks clean with the trucks and everything

There was no space for parking, and his property was locked, Thankfully his neighbor was a kind person, He helped me out, I parked my truck near by another Uhaul truck which was already parked there,

WiFi was very poor at this location and we had to end up getting assistance by phone and by a person at the business which is what we were trying to avoid with the mobile pick-up. Location of U-Haul vehicles is separated on a vacant lot away from the business and not easily accessible.

Over all renting the pick up was easy the cost for just 2 hrs however was, to me, too pricey. I would look at other options before resorting to this one.

The drop off location is a grass lot behind the dealership.

Trucks are parked in high grass in a field. Cutting the grass and/or pavement or gravel would be an improvement.
