I was sent to this location, an hour away from the agreed upon, and confirmed location that I booked. The operator of this location was great at getting me through the paperwork and continuously apologized for the mistake, but it was not his doing. Uhaul needs to get thier company in order. This is the 3rd time this year(2020) i have used them. And have been re routed to get equipment bc the equipment was not at the location that the uhaul website said it was at, or the location was no longer in business, had told uhual they did not do business with them anymore, and they are still sending customers to these locations. I give Mullans Auto a 4,5/5 but uhaul corporate a 0,5/5 for inconvenience, and poor communication
