The truck was still hooked to a trailer from pervious rental. The truck hadn't been cleaned out and was almost out of fuel. This is the first time I've experienced this with u-haul.

Laticia WMark was very helpful. The problem was I reserved a truck on 11/19 for 11/24. I was called and told I would pickup truck in union ms. That is 30 miles from my home. I got there and there was no one there and there was not a 26' truck. Called back and they sent me to Newton to pick up truck at 12:00. Got there and truck was not there. Finally was able to get truck after 1:00 and then had to drive 30 miles back to Meridian to start loading. I had to drive 50 miles just to pick up a truck. This is by far the worst experience a person can have. The company needs to rethink their business practices. I may have gotten a discount on the rental but with all of the hassle it shouldn't have cost anything

KIRK MMark is exceptional! I've never received better customer service. He was very reassuring and was glad to help with whatever I needed. I can't say enough great things about him.
CATHERINE HI wanted a smaller truck. I received an email saying that you needed larger trucks in other states so you would upgrade me at no added cost. I refused. When I went to get my truck, the only size available was the larger truck I didn't want. Representative did look for a smaller truck but couldn't get one. Not cool. Larger truck was more expensive to run and dangerous at pick-up and drop-off.
