I chose a location close to my home to rent the van. The pick up location was changed to a location further from my home without any mileage credit. The correct thing to do would be to move the van to the location I chose. No customer satisfaction was factored into the Uhaul decision.Brian H.

I filled the gas tank to 3/4 tank which was more than I was suppose to put in!!! The lot is on an incline so I don't appreciate the extra gas charge! Also the check engine light was on when I picked up the truck!Michelle H.

Please make it EXPLICITLY clear that vans have to be the same drop off location. I put a completely different location for the drop off and was not notified of this policy until I had gotten the vehicle. It double my driving time and was incredibly inconvenient.Hannah Z.

We were never told by uhaul this was a remote pickup. We waited a total of 1,5 hours because even uhaul didn't know how to access the keys to our truck. Also we didn't receive the equipment we rented as extra!! No more uhaul for us!Robin M.
Location was good, owner very nice and friendly. A bit tight getting out and no where to make a uturn with a 20 foot truck on a busy road, used extra mileage needing to go around. Made it to destination and drop off location with just 4 miles to spare. Truck had some significant damage by exhaust.Victoria Y.

Difficult to access the parking lot depending on direction you are coming from - driveway is a little hard to find, and is somewhat difficult to access with the 26ft truckDenton R.
Call the customers as it says the rental company should do. Especially for 24/7 service. Mark never called me to say the key would be in the truck. I ended up getting the rental about 2 hours later than requested. So I didn't get the full time I paid for. He was quick to say bring the rental back looking out for the next customer but didn't look out for me. The guy was dirty and unkept as though he was working in oil and dirt all night long.Dennis F.
The truck needed oil. The customer service was excellent . The trucks tires were worn out. The suspension was shot. The truck shook and was difficult to control. The engine burned oil.Barak Q.

My original appt was at 830am at a different location at Piney Grove Mini Mart, Holly Springs, NC. At 8am that day, I was notified that the pickup location had changed. When we arrived at the new location at 9am, Marks Cycle & Auto Shop, it was closed. We called U-Haul and was told we could just take the truck as it was ready for us. It was not. It had an automobile hauler/trailer connected to it and the key was locked in the back of the truck and neither the blankets nor the applicance dolly was loaded. When the owner finally showed up at 920am he was able to dispatch us with everything we needed.James B.

My hitch instalation was held up for parts shipping isses for 2 weeks whick delayed my departure. I was suppose to get a call as I paid full price for the transaction. Mark and his rep were unable to assist with any help to compensated me for the 2 week delay. I had called customer service and to date have not gotten any calls in response.
