WILTON AThe inside of the truck had a lot of dirt in the floor mats, not that it bothered me. There was sticky and grimy stuff in the cup holders. Other than that the truck was in good condition. Marks Tire and Wrecker Service was fast and easy but l reserved a truck in Lafayette, La. I was called the day before reservation and was told no in Lafayette had a 15' truck that l would have to pick it up in New Iberia, LA. In the day, that truck would have been brought from New Iberia to my reservation in Lafayette.
DAVID CThe u-haul was not ready. I reserved a dolly that was not available so had to get a more expensive one. The uhaul was sticky inside and not clean. Also I put that I wanted contactless pickup but the app said uhaul was not available when I arrived so had to go inside. I reserved truck a week in advance.

THOMAS RThey don't walk out with you to verify anything. They made me sign the paper showing the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas and it only had 1/8 tank. I drove 6 miles. I just needed it to pick up furniture. So I wouldn't get charged I had to add more gas then what the truck originally had. When I brought it to their attention and showed the pictures I was told Oh, no problem. Well it's not a problem for them, but it was for me. I shouldn't have had to fill it more than what it was. The driver seat wouldn't move forward so I had to sit scooted up. Never had this problem at other locations.

Dirk BNo problem with this location, but I ended up here because my original reservation in Lafayette, LA was not available, and I was told the nearest available 6x12 was in Elton, LA. This was not acceptable as I had to load up that night and move tomorrow and I needed at least a 6x12. I had to start calling around and on my third call, I found one within 20 minutes of my home. UHaul could definitely do a better job and finding replacements for their customers than what they did here. Sub par customer service in finding a replacement because of a Uhaul issue and not the customer's fault.

ARLETTE TI always use this location for my uhaul needs. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There was a limited supply of trucks/trailers in Louisiana and Mark Jr. was able to accommodate my needs expeditiously. Merci.

DONNA JMark and his crew are unbelievable. They are in to providing exceptional service. Hear me when "I" say that there are some UHAUL dealers that are only interested in renting a product. But Mark is more interested in the exceptional customer service when it comes to the equipment you're renting from him. Just a stand out guy. And it shows in his staff as well. It may be a small town, but New Iberia has its share if dealers. I won't deal with anyone else but him.
Kevyn WI've rented a car hauler trailor twice in a week ,- to bring my truck home, then to the mechanic shop. They were both in good shape & the hydronic brak on both trailers worked well. That is a very important safty factor. The trailor lights were in good working order. ~ another well maintained safty item. The only thing I had to lubricate the ratchets on both trailors that secure the front wheels, I gues I'm the only one that believes it's best to lubricate them. All in all~ renting the trailors were satisfactory.

Michael MUhaul truck leaked in the rain and overnight ruined some of my furniture and then y'all charged me more. The charging was correct by contract but I lost a thousand dollar piece soooo not too happy
Adam LThe first U-Haul we rented broke down on us. We picked it up for 9:30 am did not get another one until 5:00 pm wasted a whole day. I think we should have been reimbursed for losing a day.

Jessi LIt's was easy to find and if they wasn't close I would describe the personnel. I wish they left directions on how to finish taking pictures with the truck on somewhere near the key drop box.
AISHALE SThe whole process was absolutely awful. This was my first time using the timeshare option as the rental place was closed the day that I rented. The check in process took over an hour, then the keylock code would not open spent another hour trying to open to get the key while on hold with customer service also while paying hourly for movers who were standing around. Oh, anddd was originally charged for every extra thing that you can rent from Uhaul, which I had not requested, but the two regular dollys that I did rent were not in the truck once we got into it. I have rented from uhaul every time that I have moved, but rented from an office that was open. Never again! Would not recommend.
