On Thursday, I WENT the Middletown location to reserve a can for the next day. Friday morning I go back to the location and was told I had to go to A storage unit in Morganville to pick up the van. People at Morganville location were very courteous and had nothing to do with this error. I had to drive an additional 40 miles to get the van. Miles which I was charged for. I want my money refunded. Total incompetence.
