Cindy FU-Haul I went to the U-Haul online page last week to rent a 9-foot cargo van to move some furniture from Falls Church, VA to Port Republic, MD. The closest U-Haul location going toward my destination was listed as: Ladders and Things 231 Skipjack Road Prince Frederick, MD 20678 The time I selected was 12:00 pm I arrived at the Ladders and Things location at 11:45 and there were no vans in the parking lot and no people in the office. There was a U-Haul decal on the window. I knocked on the door and from a speaker on the side of the building, I was told to go to a different location, at Bridge Liquor. Bridge Liquor 6654 Hallowing Point Rd, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 The attendant at Bridge Liquor, Joy, informed me that there were no vans at her spot, so she called U-Haul corporate offices. They informed her that the van was at: Maryland Self Storage 8400 Nursery Road Lusby, MD 410-394-0124 I drove there and the van was waiting. Michelle processed me through and provided the key. The van was fine, and I finished my day, returning it last night. The statement I received this morning charged me $7 for a Furniture Dolly, which I was not issued and had forgotten about until arrived at my destination. I want to recognize Joy at Bridge Liquors for her help and understanding of customer service and following the concepts. Please do whatever you can to show her some recognition and carbon copy me when you do. I want to acknowledge Michelle at Maryland for running a clean and well managed office and van service. I would like consideration for driving 30 + miles around the county trying to find the van and time wasted to find the van I had reserved. I would also like the charge for the dolly removed. U-Haul, you really need to tighten up your web page accuracy and make it current. I was having the worst attitude toward your business yesterday. Your local agents performed very well. The email I requested to review the transaction came ten hours after it was requested. Corporate functions are looking dysfunctional.

MIGUEL AWindshield fluid and vacuum the seats it was dog hair all over. There should be a no pet rule. The vehicle was clean on the outside ok in the inside but smelled lole dog. The customer service was outstanding and the property was beautiful.
