It was fine. I had tried to contact one closer to me in Saegertown ,PA. I left messages there and they never got back to me. So I had to use Mary's and they were great.

The two employees were so rude, and when I expressed my frustration with their lack of professionalism, instead of trying to rectify the solution, I was followed and antagonized while I was walking to my truck. The delay in me getting the truck, which was blamed on me, resulted in me wasting $60 because of the delay in me getting the truck. I had movers hired who were waiting at the pick-up location who sat and waited for 30 minutes of paid time. When I arrived at 7:30, which was the time of pick-up on my registration, the employee there was dismissive when asked how to get my truck. Regardless of what he was asked, he would rudely say that he wasn't open till 8AM. When someone I was with approached him, he responded with the same answer and actually rolled the window up in the truck he was in and completely ignored him. I understand people have bad days, and maybe this was one of them, but this was unacceptable. I would never use this location again and if asked by friends or family would direct them elsewhere.

George L.I had reserved a specific van for my need for it's cargo room and mileage rate 4 days in advance . When I arrived for pick up, the vehicle was not there. I was offered a van with smaller cargo capacity , which would not meet my needs. Or a larger one with a higher rate and fuel consumption. Forcing me to spend more then I was quoted. I am a Home Depot employee, who also has rentals, but went with Uhaul do to the price. Also I had my state inspection license for 18 yrs. Truck vehicle has 1 wheel out of balance and drifts to the right. I understand and appreciate that shift happens sometimes, it was just disappointing . I was picking up donated furniture for a homeless veteran and family and covering the cost from my own pocket, and this took me over my budget. I'm disappointed in the way this all worked out.

He had a problem with U-haul and the truck I reserved from online, then took out his frustrations on me. He indicated to never book online (it's only for 2 am pick ups) and always call his store to book.

MICHAEL F.The man doing the paperwork was outright rude. Upset that we were using the trailer as a one-way tow and he would be “losing his trailerâ€. Said a “glitch in the online system is why that happened and he would have never allowed thatâ€. Believe me, we paid appropriately for the “glitch†one-way services we used. Perhaps he should look into renting his own trailers and not Uhaul's if he wants to delegate where they go. Will not use again.

Kevin P.I did not know I needed to submit phone numbers to get approval, (friends, Co workers, or place of employment) to do the mobile pick up. I thought the text I was sent was just to do the pick up instructions the day of. No one made me away of the various steps I had to do prior, I had NOTHING but problems doing this online. My account wouldn't set up correctly and I had to call and set things up various times, someone could have told me that this needed to happen. We stood outside for about 45 minutes trying to get verified because no one we knew was awake to answer a phone and verify us. Online customer support was terrible, very disappointing that such a large company isn't more helpful in that regard. I was late to work because of this. The truck was clean and it was great to have but I was very frustrated in how hard it was to get it.
