SHERRIEANN DThey were helpful at drop off. They did reach out to me to tell me the extra charge but when I disputed them she said she would ask the manger and get back to me…..but never did.

Robert PThe right back tire was completely bald, leading us to being stuck in grass for a time while attempting to load. The cabin and driver's area were very dirty, not swept out from the last user, and garbage was left in the drivers' area. The driver's seat adjustment was stuck and took two men to adjust it for us. This vehicle should be much better maintained. I have never been in a Uhaul truck that was in this condition.
Stephanie SI reserved the truck Friday 8/11 on-line for 11am Saturday 8/12 @ Massey Furniture Barn. When I arrived 8/12, the lady didn't have a reservation for me. Fortunately a 10' truck was available and she was very helpful to get the rental entered. The program would not allow me to take a photo of my license so she used her own phone to do so. The truck was very well used and from another state. Left wiper blade was halp peeled from the arm. Unfortunately I ran into very heavy rains as we were under a tornado watch. Poor wiper performance definitely made driving stressful. My previous rental was in much better condition with fewer miles but some outstanding prior damage. I was not able to get the app/on-line return to work. My granddaughter came and she struggled to get thru the return process also. I am not impressed with the malfunctions of the app

NOE VJust a concern - the truck was returned prior to the 4-hour limit, yet I received a phone message the next day stating that the equipment was late, had to be returned and that there could be a late fee. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told they didn't know why I got that message; everything was fine and the truck had been properly returned in a timely manner. Maybe UHaul can double check before leaving a negative phone message?

MELISSAM GOther than a beer can my daughter found in truck that I over looked when inspecting truck at pick up and a dirty face mask I missed when I was inspecting truck when I picked it up. It was good n clean It drove like a charm and handled very well on our winter roads.

Gary MI was charged for an extra day although I dropped the truck off by at 3:30 on the same day!! It was New Year's Day! Wouldn't you think someone working on New Year's Day would know it was the 1st and not the 2nd???
SIMON JThe u haul was filled with mud in the cab and in the cargo area. I was charged the 28 dollar insurance after I told them I don't need it.

Robert Gwe dropped off after hours. We were not able to check out on uhaul.com because our contract no. kept coming up invalid. We phoned the next day to make sure everything was ok and the service rep said they were checking everything in and would sent an email conformation. We did receive the email promptly and were very satisfied.

SHAWNM CThis location failed to check in the truck properly. The cab smelled like a dirty ashtray and it had dried mud on the floor. Also, when I opened the back door it was filthy and smelled of moth balls. This location could have done a better job ensuring the truck was cleaned before being rented again.

GRAZYNA BNo one to help us hook up trailer. It was too heavy to lift. Tongue was on ground. Rear of trailer was pushed into a hill making the front of trailer impossible to lift. Had to get help from a salesman in the adjoining furniture store, he was kind enough to temp hook up trailer to pull it out of hill enough to raise tongue with his car Jack. Because of this hour and half delay with hooking up we returned trailer an hour after it was due back and charged a whole other day of use. I voiced my complaints at the return location explaining what had happened and was told no problem, however checked my credit card and I was certainly charged an extra 29,6 for an extra day.

Gary MYour system of accepting or disputing the rented equipment condition sucks! The pictures were out of date as the equipment WAS DAMAGED at pickup time but the pictures on file did not show this. I opted for the $70 coverage to keep from having to owe TONS of money at return time. The warning messages were a total scare tactic and really irritated me. The trailers rates are too high already to have to buy OVER PRICED insurance. This rental experience was a total turn off and even though I am a repeat customer, I will go out of my way to not use U-Haul again. U-Haul now equals greedy large company using scare tactics to grab any money they can out of customers' pockets.

Ken NThis review is about the condition of the truck that we rented. After driving it on a 55 miles/ hour road , the truck started pulling to the right , stirring wheel is not aligned. It gotten worst when we took the Thruway. My husband who driven a truck before ,managed to make it work to just to avoid delays ( if we go back and switch to another one,)to where we are going. We are just worried if an inexperienced driver happened to drive this particular truck it might not end well.
STEPHEN JI received no assistance with the hook up and a when asked about the electrical whip- I was told I must go buy one. I went to the U-Haul location at 19153 St-11 Watertown and Matt Filkins was extremely helpful and provided an electrical whip.
STACY BI would be remiss if I did not mention that I had to go to a Washington St. U-Haul address for a harness issue. Your representative Matt, went beyond normal customer care and typical knowledge. His ability allowed me to meet a previous commitment and begin a return trip 2 hours away. Employees like Matt make it easy to remain a U-Haul customer.
