The individual who helped me was very rude and disrespectful. He was unprofessional and represented U-Haul in a horrible manner. The truck was filthy inside and out. I ask the representative if he had something I can clean the windows with since they were full of bugs and you could barely see out the windshield. He responded I can use the fluid from the windshield washer in a condescending tone. This location should not have U-Haul equipment and I will never refer people to this location.Brian W.

Kiki was great, professional although busy he took the time to help my partner set up and answered questions. I had reserved a trailer at another location on gateway east and although our confirmation was approved by 9, no one opened the shop. It was very aggravating and stressful and very unprofessional. Kiki made up for being so polite but I will was really disappointed by your lack of follow through with the first reservation.Yolanda O.

Door to the office was locked, went into a auto service department, workers were working on cars, it took 35 minutes, I had to back up the trailer and unhook it before person came out to pull it off the hitch. Poor u-haul location. Please note that this was the second location, the first one turned me away, no room!ANTONIO P.

Booked a rental a week out. Showed up the day of and no vehicle was there. Apparently I was forgotten. Trash service afterwards. The El Paso dispatch area has terrible service. Requested the manganger Griselda call me and was guaranteed that would happen, but it never happened. Daniel said he was going to confirm with me when a vehicle was 100 % ready and that never happened. Just absolute liars.Paul F.

First I went to N Mesa Uhaul. Treatment to me was abominable. Adam Cooper doesn't know how to behave to customer. Please train him properly how to deal customer, train him not to give bad-look if customer ask any question.arifur K.

I was not informed of the ball size for the hitch beforehand and after paying for my trailer was told mine was the wrong size and that I needed an adapter. I had to leave the site and go to an auto parts store to buy a new ball for my hitch and an adapter. It was inconvenient and added 30 minutes to the pick up procedureJuliana R.

Rented a truck with dollies and blankets. Got the truck but it didn't have the other items I also rented. I had to drive the truck to another uhaul location to get the other equipment. What a waste of my time. I did the online pickup so I could get the truck and start my move, but instead I had to waste an hour or more to get the equipment I had paid for. Also the agent on the phone said it was because I made my reservation at 805 pm, which is true, but 805 on Tuesday for a rental on Friday. How could the location not get it right over 3 days? The transport trailer was sitting in an unsecured self serve car wash lot, surrounded by weeds and rubble and squeezed between a large refuse container and another trailer. The transport trailer was not secured appropriately to my tow vehicle by the associate. When I attempted to load my automobile, the coupler disengaged from the hitch ball. The front of the trailer shot straight up ! Luckily there was no damage to my tow vehicle. I discovered the securing screw and nut on the coupler was frozen in mid position, thus preventing the nut to be fully advanced onto the screw. This prevented the coupler from being able to engage the underside of the hitch ball. I used a lubricant and a wrench to free the threads and nut. Obviously, the trailer had not been serviced or inspected prior to my departure. That said, I took the initiative to ensure that the tires were at the appropriate tire pressure. The technician installing my trailer to my vehicle was not adequately trained to perform the job and ensure that the trailer was appropriately secured to my tow vehicle and that the trailer was appropriately serviced. This could have caused serious injury to myself and others had I not discovered this prior to my 2000 mile journey . I feel that U Haul should reimburse me for inadequate preparation of my rental.Anthony M.
