Jack WVery good place the people know what they are doing there. MRS D. Very fast in and out no games. And to top it off I worked a double shift and I was able to drop the uhaul trailer off when they was out of office. Would recommend for anyone and everyone to deal with this place.

Maddox KIt now takes 45 minutes to pick up a trailer, because you make them call two people for references. She said that she had to send my information off to DC because of all the Terrorists using their u hauls for Terrorist attacks. First time I used uhaul to move from PA to TX roof leaked water in the cab, called uhaul, you stated that you would bring me a different truck, I was not going to transfer my home in the rain to a different truck. Second uhaul experience, spent 45 minutes to an hour because of your paperwork, I will call Ryder next time...

MR & MRS STEVE MATTY AN SON RYAN. MADE SURE THAT MY TRAVEL WOULD BE SAFE AN A PLEASURE. ALL U-HAUL AGENCES SHOULD TREAT PATRON THIS WAY.
WILLIAM MThe lady that operates this location was extremely slow at processing equipment. I was there for 45 min before hooking up the trailer to rent a auto transport trailer. I rent them often and it's generally 10 min or less from entering the store to hooking up the trailer provided there is not a line of course. No line at this location. She repeatedly had me give her information, she seemed to have great difficulties communicating with Uhaul. I would suggest u Uhaul assist her with better training to make transactions smooth at this location.

THOMAS Cthe woman who checked me in was very rude to both me and the people she called to verify my identity. Admittedly I was late to pick up the truck which I did apologize for but I was so put off by her that I would rather go to a different location the next time I need to rent a truck.

alfred tI booked the Uhaul at a location convenient for me. I was shifted to a new location 2 days prior to pick up, that was accessible, but not nearly as convenient. 12 hours prior to pickup (and after business hours), I received a phone message that I had been converted to 24/7 Auto pick up. I needed to have a GPS enabled phone. I did NOT request this option, I did NOT want this option. And had this reservation been for my 87 year old parents, it would never have worked, as they do not own a cell phone. UHaul needs to make clear to customers that they are cutting down on personal contact and want the customer to be responsible for self- checkout. The business where I was assigned to pick up the vehicle was not even open when I picked it up. If there was a problem, I would have no one to talk to. This type of hands off service is both good and bad.

Allen HMattys Marine & Motor Sports is not the issue. UHAUL is. I reserved a one way trip starting at Pleasant Hills, PA (less than a half mile from my house.) The morning before the move, UHAUL called to tell me I had to go 30 miles out of my way to pick up the truck I rented. I had to use the mobile service to pick up the truck. There is no T-Moble service at the Brownsville location, so I could not use the phone app. It took over 30 minutes to get thru to UHaul to get the code to get the keys. Another 40 minutes to drive back to my house, where my friends and family were waiting around to help me move. It is a horrible way to start moving day! None of this is Mattys Marine & Motor Sports' fault. This is UHAUL being dishonest. A reservation in Pleasant Hills should mean I pick up the truck in Pleasant Hills. At the very least, UHAUL should let you when you make a one-way reservation on- line that they will send you anywhere they please to pick up the truck.

Samantha CI signed up to rent a cargo van, was switched over to a 15 ft truck because cargo van was not available. Was charged in advance over $80 drove the truck less than 15 miles upon check out was never refunded the difference between the actual fees and what I had paid in advance I will never recommend U-Haul again

RALPH DYOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM SUCKS,,,I TRIED THE PHONE NUMBERS LISTED TO RETURN AND I GAT A RECORDING THAT YOU WERE CLOSED / AFTER HOURS. IT WAS 6:32 ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. I TRIED TO GO TO THE WEBSITE, BUT THERE WAS NO SERVICE IN THE AREA. ON MONDAY I DID RECIEVE A PHONE CALL FROM A VERY PLEASANT YOUNG LADY WHO WAS ABLE TO RECIFY THE SITUATION. I HAVE RENTED DOZENS OF UHAUL OVER THE YEARS, YOUR "RETURN" PROCESS IS MAKING ME RE THINK RENTING ANOTHER UHAUL.

WAYNE WWe were promised a discounted rate because they moved our location almost 30 miles one way away so an extra 60 miles round trip....was supposed to pick.up at 10 am.arrived and store wasn't opened..waited for owner or employee to arrive another 5 to 10.mins was extremely rude. So we were an hour behind schedule from the door and paying for 60 extra miles and no discount on rate per miles at least for the extra miles they had me drive out of the way.

I wanted a local pickup and uhaul was going to make me drive an hour in the wrong direction to pick up at. Called u haul custiomer service poor, no at' stop rent between Pittsburgh and Williamsburg va.... very unsatisfactory

richard lIt took entirely too long due to your system crashing. It took over an hour and numerous phone calls to finally leave with truck. This delay was not in anyway due to the individual that checked me out.

BRIAN SThe woman who was helping me was easily the rudest woman I've ever spoken to in my life. She was angry at me for taking the UHaul truck to a different location and called me stupid for doing so. SEVERAL TIMES. She kept complaining that I was dumb for taking it to a Washington drop off location because thats HER truck. She stated that she can save me money by changing the drop off location to the same spot and I had told her if it saves money than I'll do it. She then replied "well it's too late now I'm not doing that" She then explained to me that the place I'm returning the truck to never cleans it. I then stated that I'll be sure to clean it out before I return it, she actually replied to me and said "You can fucking crash it for all I care" This is not an exaggeration these were her exact words. I've never felt so disgusted by an interaction with someone I just met before. She required everyone in store to wear a mask when she wasn't wearing one. She told me she couldn't understand me because I sounded stupid with my mask on. She then again said how stupid I was for taking the truck somewhere else. She overcharged me by $40 than the rate I locked in on the website because she was angry that the website offered me a discount to take it elsewhere. This woman should never act this way to anyone let alone someone who is giving her business. I have another move coming up however will not using U-Haul just due to the fact that this woman runs the local u-Haul office.
Eric MTrying to reach the U-Haul corporate offices to do the 24 7 return was a complete disaster.Thankfully the location was great was gracious enough to come out after hours to assist.

Except for the initial confusion concerning the truck, which I don't believe was her fault, everything went well. I will be in need of a smaller truck in the very near future and will be back to this location.
