Anna oNo one was manning this location. Had to speak with a representative in Allentown to get keys. I did all of this in the rain, as the combination boxes are out in the wide open. I had ordered 36 blankets, and a furniture dolly; had to drive to the main depot in Reading to take care of this. In all this took me almost 3 hours, when it should have taken me 30 minutes or less! To say that I was inconvenienced would be an understatement. The cab of the truck smelled like a French whorehouse, with a touch of Ganga. The windshield was disgustingly dirty on the inside. The driver's side door would not shut tightly, so I had a serious air whistle to tend with for almost 1200 miles. This is certainly NOT the way to do business, or to keep customers!
reed mI turned my rental at 1:40AM 12/23/2023, I was logged in as dropping it off at 1:40PM the following day when the it was supposed to be returned by 9AM. Causing an extra days rental charge to be applied to my credit card! SMH 臘♂️

Gary SBecause of my obvious, advanced age, the service representative offered to, and handled a heavy, hand truck for me. I appreciated this extension of service to me, the customer, and because of this, I will return to this location for all my future rental needs.
Larry BMake sure the available Uhaul sizes are listed before approving a booking. Not having the Uhaul size I needed and not telling me until the day before my move was incredibly inconvenient.

Dianna GThe location and personnel were both fine. I appreciate the manager coming in on Saturday morning so I could check out my equipment. However, one of the tire straps on the tow dolly was damaged, and one of the security chains had been installed in a manner that it was wrapped so tightly that it could not be used.
Matthew KWorst experience of my life!!! Truck got a dead battery 6 times during a huge move an hour away. I will NEVER EVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!! I WANT MY $260 BACK!!
Luke WThere is no one there on Saturday so I was forced to use your app. Problem was your app more than location. Even though we tried initiating from beside the lockbox and the truck the app would not acknowledge we were close enough. Called your support and they wasted our time. We kept driving around until we were right on the address point in google maps and that let me in. Your app is slow, cumbersome, badly designed.

Michael SMake sure that everything is set up to go. It took me about an hour to pick up my moving truck due to my reservation was not set up with my account and I had to call two different customers service numbers to get it. It was a cold day standing outside trying to figure it out. And it delayed our moving by 2 hours until we got it all taken care of. Not happy

David DThe truck had a loud whistle noise when the wind it the window just right, at a point I had to listen to it for one hour straight . Odd smell in cab. Floor mats buckled and not clean. The ordered blankets and dolly weren't in the truck (place was closed).
Sharon LAll was fine except trying to use the online return system. I checked my phone 3 times and tried 3 times to connect and your system would not connect even though my location services were on. I was able to call your customer service and although I opted for a call back, Danenon called me in 15 minutes and eventually he was able to close my return. You just need to come up with a better way for the online return system to work, I don't like wasting 45 minutes of my time on your stupid system. Thanks

Alexander SEverything was great as far as picking up the car trailer and also the trailer itself was in good condition however I did not realize my car was too low to use with the trailer so it didn't work out really too well but that was certainly not your company's fault. But the trailer works great for my other vehicles so I am sure I will be using your service again. Merci

Amy CIt took me 45 minutes to pick up my uhaul due to no available uhaul representative, & the employee at the location was unfamiliar w how UHaul share program! However, the issue was finally resolved once a regional mgr was contacted! I completed all information prior to pick up except a pix of my license-which I want verification was deleted from your database-ASAP because it leaves patrons susceptible to hackers accessing your system & identity fraud issues! And I was erroneously charged $10 for gas after I dropped off the truck with more gas then when I picked it up! Following a long wait on hold-47 minutes specifically, I still was unable to reach a representative to resolve the issue & be credited my card the $10 overcharge! And I have gas receipts & a witness whom can attest to the gas gauge & mileage upon pick up & drop off-that the gas gauge was only almost 3/4 of a tank & I returned it almost full! As a matter of fact, I put too much gas!! And I left my one shoe in the truck & again there was no one at the location to speak to to obtain the shoe nor again, could I actually speak w a representative via the national UHaul number!!!

JOSHUA WI will never rent from uhaul again if I had the choice. From start to finish, nothing went smoothly or correctly. To begin with, i was never made aware that if I requested a change in truck size, my orginal reservation would be canceled and that Uhaul would reach out to me in order to rebook. After waiting for a full day, Uhaul did not contact me, so I reached out to scheduling myself. It was then that I learned that, not only was my orginal order canceled, but that Uhaul would not work on my new reservation for another 24 hours. I would then be making a reservation the day before I move and a truck may or may not be 50 miles away. And if nothing was found in that radius, they would expand the search. The rep was rude when I expressed my frustration with the lack of information from Uhaul. The day before my move, I still did not receive communications from Uhaul and I set up a call back from the customer service. I had to do so three times before I receive the text confirmation. When I received the call back, the rep seemed to not know how to book a truck. She would do a search, find the truck, and then not book it because the location was "closed" even though it was part of the 24 hour program. I ended up booking the reservation myself. My booking showed that I have both a hand truck and a furniture dolly. The next morning, we picked up the truck with a crack in the windshield, no equipment, and no one answering the 24 hour customer service phone number when I wanted to report the crack. There is no section on the online booking website to report any issues with the truck. Just the option of "accept" and "reject." Of course we will accept the truck, regardless of the damage and lack of equipment because we needed to move that day. I later called customer service to have the equipment and make note of the windshield. I was placed on hold twice and was told that I had to make the dispute after I returned the truck. This was after I already spent a considerable amount of time on the phone the day of my move. The manager got involved and placed the dispute in for me. If the cost for the equipment is not removed, I will have to go through all this again. I will never recommend uhaul.

Scott HNot sure on the exact mileage, but I believe I only drove the truck 20 miles. Per policy I filled the tank which took a little over 7 gallons costing me an additional $31. Even though the gas indicator showed full I don't believe that to be the case unless the truck was only getting less than 3 mpg.
