We have been using this facility for a long time and was never happy from previous staff but this time we had positive experience with staff and service!!

I forgot to mention that the lady whom is always trying to present the absolute Best service EVERYTIME that I have rented from this site. I'll just say that she has Outstanding service skills and communication, however, because she does such a wonderful job, she seems to take it seriously when something doesn't go right. Well, until she has a machanic's license hanging on the wall, which she doesn't, she doesn't need to worry about stuff she can't control, she already does an excellent job and has for YEARS!!

KAMBI CPut in a reservation day before. Got a call 4 minutes before that my vehicle was no longer available. Main lady brushes off my concerns and questions. DO NOT recommend.

RODRIGO CAfter picking up the truck we did return it on the same day I tried contacting the worker the same day that we returned it also tried calling the next day with no answer I had a question regarding the extra $15 that was charged that says safe move, I'm not sure what that is regarding if it has anything to do with insurance we did not accept any extra insurance. I am still trying to contact them to figure out why we are having this charge this is why I will not recommend going back to that location

ROBERT BFor both the rental and return, there was only one person on duty and this person had other duties beside handling the rentals. Since I am not aware of how busy this rental location is, staffing should be studied. The concern is the loss of business because of long waiting lines.

Albert AI had a lot of issues with my rental. The rental was given to me without notice of it being faulty. It squeaked in the first 3 minutes of driving away. I was only moving personal items from 4 blocks away; in the 2nd run, the front driver wheel locked. We parked it, and Maytag strongly suggested calling 800 number for uhaul. I requested a callback, and when assigned a towing company I had to stop moving and wait. Received calls and text confirming wait time and company, and when towing arrived they took the vehicle. Later that day and the next I received texts saying my reservation had been extended. The next day I got a Maytag call and Uhaul asking where the vehicle was, asking till when I would return it. Maytag said they received the key. I explained I could fill up the tank, but there was no concern for how dangerous it's for a wheel to lock all of a sudden. It would have been a different story, if I was driving at a higher speed or further. There was no "I'm sorry" or money back for such a big inconvenience. Just beware, it might have been a one time incident, but too many things weren't right.

Zachary GWe stated our drop off city but the person who was doing the computer misunderstood the city. We tried to tell her it was wrong but she didn't even try to fix it. Instead she said you, meaning us had to call a number to change it. When we called it took the person maybe 2 minutes to get it corrected so wondering why the lady at the rental place couldn't have taken care of it right away?!? All we can say is the truck was clean but as a renter we would never know if it had maintenance done on it. We had no maintenance problems thankfully.

Andreina Cthey charge me $20 extra because I drop the key after they closed, and they said that is in the contract, but I did not receive any contract from them. all what I had from the is the receipt and the key. when I called them they said that they sent me the contract by email.how can I access my email if I don't have a smart phone and I am a way from my computer. these people try to make money by any way. also the truck was not clean and have some garbage in the back of the trailer. I don't recommend Uhule especially from Glendale heat location to anyone.

Dann HFirst I made a reservation for 9 to 5 for cargo van. Moving my daughter to studio apartment in Chicago. I told the service lady that probably I should be return the van by 5. Not knowing I can be charged for late fee if I don't return it by 5 pm.. if there was a late charge involved I could have returned it by 6pm with same cost… I don't understand why she did not tell me any of this until when I called her around 3pm letting her know that traffic is so bad that I might be late 30 minutes. Than she tells me there is a late charge of $35 and charged on my credit card… I was so upset and called her back stating that I'm gonna try to get back and return by 5pm and why she already charged me!! She said because I told her that I will be late!! Now, she should have waited until I returned the van and if late than charge me!! Traffic became better so I was able to return it on time … now the lady tells me, how I should have calculated enough time to return the van. Why she didn't tell me any of this, late charge etc!!! No customer service!!! Just try to charge customers without explanation.. very bad experience.. will choose another company next time. You need to tell customers about the late charge so that we can rent with enough hours!!
Jae YPricing was fair & the check in/check out process was a breeze. However the truck had 140 000 miles on it & zero modern conveniences such as cup holders usb ports rear camera cruise control.
kurt bI moved a piano about 16 miles and I was charged a cleaning fee another fee for using overnight check in. I was encouraged to use the overnight return and wa never told there would be a cost for this. The truck had a check engine light and clearly had not been maintained well. I didn't complain since I had so little distance to go. I was told it would be $50 and I end up paying about $150. This is ridiculous and definitely gives me pause when thinking about renting from U-Haul again. I've never had this issue with U-Haul but I definitely will reconsider using you again.
