Jeffrey CThis is not a U Haul facility but an auto repair place and as such cannot be compared to a UHaul only facility. For what it does it is just fine. The owner is amiable and efficient. I have delivered there several times and have no complaints.

Gary GInside the cab of the truck was well maintained and clean, the truck ran great. The only downside was it seemed the last person to use it had left their moving blankets in the back of the truck and they were never taken out( I didn't include any moving supplies in my order) it was a hassle to worrying about getting them out of the way before loading my things and then having to load them back up and repeat the process when we arrived to the storage unit. If I am expected to have a clean truck dropped off please be sure not to leave extra materials in the trucks for someone else to take care of.
Taylor SMy only complaint is that 2 days prior to picking up my U-haul I called and confirmed a closed trailer. The next morning I received a call stating that we could not get a closed trailer only an open one. Rain was expected and we were transporting furniture so naturally I was upset to learn this so close to picking up the trailer. I was told that I would receive a $50 credit. I did not receive the credit. The woman on the phone was rude and dismissive and said she was sending over the credit immediately; which she did not do.
Susan SThe truck was not available at my preferred location so U-Haul was going to send me more distant location. I requested this closer location instead, but U-Haul did not bother to confirm whether this location had the two dozen furniture blankets on hand; it did not. So, I had to drive to a second U-Haul location to get the furniture pads.

Steven JNothing to improve upon. Mr. S handled everything for me and I could not have felt more confident. The truck, dolly and all the arrangements were perfect. They really went above and beyond trying to locate a car hauler for me and his efforts paid off. They were able to book one for me very unexpectedly. I ended up passing on it as I needed a 2nd person to help me go get it & I could not get that done. UHAUL was terrific in this VERY stressful move. They took the hard part from me and I am very grateful. Thanks Mayville Service Center!

Lyle HTHE WEBSITE CHECK IN PROCESS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. iT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR VERIFICATION AND TO GET THE KEYS. THIS PROCESS SHOULD BE DONE PRIOR TO GOING TO THE LOCATION TO PICK UP THE TRUCK.

Mark WThere were no employees there. We waited on hold forever on the phone, finally borrowed a phone that got better reception. and checked out on line. It was very confusing. Dont know what we would have done without reception, it is a tiny town and we were not familiar with it. The only good part was the is was very close.
