There were no drop off instructions until after I had to travel to two different drop off locations because this one was inaccessible and nobody was there to recieve the truck. Wasted gas, time, and was charged for the extra miles that uhaul told me to drive to the other location which ended up being full and couldnt take the truck.

One pick up box, terrible location for cell service, no drop box, sketchy area. Had to call and get help to see where to drop the keys off. Ended up telling me to just put it in the single pick up box with combination. Phone said 5G but couldn't load anything and took forever to upload pictures.

I went to the wrong location, which has the same name. The lady was unhelpful and a little rude. She told me to take it to another location. This location was actually a place to leave the truck but no one to do paperwork. Thank goodness a guy showed up who called the office where I was originally and found out I was to leave the key in a Dropbox. He helped me do this. But all of this good have been done at the original location. This experience with drop-off has made me consider never using UHaul again. DAvid Collum

I knew how to disconnect the trailer. I came back when there was supposed to be someone there. I know this sounds dumb but you should show people how to disconnect if needed. Or at least asked if they know how. Otherwise everything was great. I'll call this location again when I need again. Good people.

No one was at the location till 40 minutes after pick up time. Truck stalled multiple times while driving. Currently am fighting being charged for 200 miles when I only drove from my storage locker to my house and back to the UHaul place all of which should have been ruffle 56 miles.

Staffing!!! Customer support took way too long. The location also needs an identifiable drop box.

The trailer I was supposed to rent had a problem with the hitch and they had to rent me another trailer from their other location. Caused me some delay in getting started with the move. Second trailer was good.

Its in an area that feels very industrial, and there is no internet that works, so you cannot check in yourself.

I verified that I could drop unit off up to 3:00 Pm on Saturday. Arrived there at location at 1:04 to a locked, unattended lot. Made a total of 7 phone calls, was told that Ashley ( who I talked to previously) was on her way. Finally spoke with her and was told to just park the truck put the keys above the visor and leave. She said she would confirm to me when the truck was moved onto the lot and secured. Have not heard anything from anyone. Total of 5 different phone numbers called.

Very upset I wasted so much time an money on the drop off! Had to set for 45mins waiting for someone to show up lost a ton of gas then had to drive to a diff town/location to even get my deposit back!

I was told they opened at 7:00 am. Got there at 7 and the sign said 9:00. Came back at 9 and had to wait till someone got there.

The app was difficult to understand. And required us to enter our credit card info - when we had already paid in full online. The location was great - the app and maneuvering that part of the pick up was not great.

I scheduled a 7:30AM pick up for a 17' truck at a Manchester location. Turns out that was just my "preferred" location. They ended up have a 10AM oick up for a 15' truck at a Valley Park location. Since none of my requests were met, I cant give a great review for UHaul as a company. The business I rented from in V.P. was about a 3,5/5 because they opened late and hard bad hours compared to most other uhaul rentals in the area. Overall poor experience.

Get more car dollys out for rent. Theres never any available in the jefferson or st francois co locations . Also make sure the fenfers arnt falling off of them when i pick them up. Merci

Thank you for being open on Sunday to allow us to finish the move!!! The 10 x 10 truck was perfect and the attendant at the uhaul center was awesome!! Thank you to the McNamara's tow truck driver having perfect timing when we both pulled up to the gate together and I was able to hand him the keys.... Awesome experience!!!

Better briefing. Better equipment check. Truck was tired. Think it had an Exhaust leak, had front wheel vibration, etc.

When I picked up the tow dollie one of the fenders was badly broken and someone attempted to fix with duct tape the tail lights did not work due to damaged wiring harness on the dollie and one of the tie down ratchets would not lock had to be tied to prevent flopping that may lead to coming loose.

The signage was limited and the drop off was at a locked/gated lot filled with wrecked cars that had been towed in. The gal helping me was very pleasant and helpful.

The salesman should be trying to offer the customer the best deal for their needs one asshole from trying to offer the customer the best deal for their needs instead of them just going ahead and selling you the most expensive package for your needs and definitely should not change your drop off point when you agree that it will be the same as where you pick the vehicle up at your drop off point when you agree that it will be the same as where you pick the vehicle up at . I found through this deal with U-Haul their salesman go mostly for the highest priced contract not the highest customer service they could be giving , very deceiving

The running lights on the trailer did not work, I did not know this as the girl that checked us out checked the lighting system before leaving the lot. Brake lights and turn signals did work. The last two and a half hours of our trip was in the dark on an interstate and without tail lights that was very dangerous.

I was told if I deliver the truck to the drop off spot earlier than in my contract, that I will get a refund of the days I didn't use it. So I got to Dallas and returned the truck on Sunday night vs Tuesday afternoon. I didn't really have to rush since no credit was given.
