TERRANCE FFirst trailer that was given to me the tires were not good. Perhaps go over the trailers more thoroughly before getting hitched on.
tina mParking spaces were a little tight to fit the big truck and the key drop was not clearly marked and a little hard to find but overall easy drop off.

PAUL CCustomer service was excellent. However, the overall cost as designed by the overseeing company is far too expensive. $19,95 rental for a day, yes, but 0,89 cents a kilometre is highway robbery. That's U-Haul's policy, not the local dealer. Costs need to come down.
DAVID AI never thought I requested a moving dolly, or blankets, but they were in the truck.I didn't look at.my bill.yet to see if I git charged fir this.That would be my only surprise. Other than that, everything including the location, was excellent

JOHN LI would not recommend Uhaul 24/7 truck share. Upon picking up the truck, I had issues with the app, I was getting a server error code on 2 different phones and it took me over 30 minutes in the parking lot trying to troubleshoot the issue. When I called the help line they couldn't help with the issue and kept transferring me around.

William BMcCormick's was great. Had trailers lined up so it was easy to backbup and get attached to your hitch. Rob came and got it all hooked up, checked everything to make sure it was good to go. Highly recommend them.
Krista MMy original reserved pick up location did not have my trailer. From the reviews i have read I was expecting this to happen. They did email me a day before to tell me I could pick up one at a location 2 hours away. Glad they did. This gave me time to cancel and arrange a pick up of a trailer in my home town before I went to my destination. They were awesome and saved me time and the extra hassle of driving 2 hours past my destination to secure a trailer. So I suggest a backup plan when using U-Haul in future.

Randell PIt complete maddening that I had to drive 12 round trip to pick up my uhaul, and only received that news two days before I was supposed to leave my province and drive across Canada. Not happy

Daniel KThe Victoria Rd location cancelled our reservation twice an hour before we were to pick it up. The third time we showed up at the Keltic Drive location and no truck was there. We got a truck in North Sydney who gave us a deal on it due to our troubles. After returning it they charged us $200 extra dollars for no reason. The vehicle was dirty when we got it but we scrubbed it clean before returning it.

Bernice CDuring my rental, I was informed my agreed upon drop off location was changed. The new drop off was 50km out of my way through a downtown under construction. I dropped the trailer at my agreed upon location on my contract. This rental was very frustrating and stressful.
