It was a random back ally dirt parking lot there were not attendents, was told to leave keys under seat, around a bunch of horses up buildings.

joseph rTire had wire showing had to set on the side of the interstate for 3 hours to be fixed only changed 1 tire .the trailer bounced so bad I couldn't get over 45mph I had to drive these for 200 miles shaking my king ranch to death. Ridiculous
cody dHad to call 800 uhaul as no instructions were given on how to pick up keys. Waited for over hour after pick up time just trying to get truck. Then we asked could we reschedule, was told no. Finally after the customer service rep found where we could possibly find keys, I asked could we just get refund as we already lost time and money, we were told I had already been charged. It was not necessarily the location but the phone rep was no help for over hour trying to find keys . Had paid people to move us that got paid for over an hour regardless because we couldn't get our reserved truck. Very aggravating!!!!

BADLEY WLocation was extremely helpful. I moved about 500 feet from the location this week and somehow managed to lock myself inside my apartment. Ended up being a mere 5 minutes late to check in. Location was very understanding and so helpful. After they checked me in they noticed corporate had charged me a fee for that 5 minutes. They fixed it for me without a thought. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!!!

GERALD RThe drop box for rental agreements and keys is easy to find and in good working order. The location is easy to find. My ONLY suggestion would be to park the U-HAUL trucks in a more organized manner so that it is easier to park when returning :).
Aimee BThe u-haul app sux, it doesn't give u the option to take pictures but only retrieve them from the gallery ,so you constantly have to start over an on the return equipment end it ended the section 2× an bc the time schedule in frustration I just let you charge me the 20 $ ...inconvenient an a little scandalous.....really. the location an ppl where great

Jason II tried to rent from the location on East Main in Russellville, AR. Absolute worst experience ever. The gentleman at the pick up location in Morrilton, AR was excellent. The mileage was incorrect but your service member on the phone was able to assist.

Jessica CI showed up to get the truck and the truck wouldn't start, I had to call roadside assistance which put me behind my moving 2 and a half hours. The next issue was I was supposed to get a appliance dolly and there wasn't one in the truck and the business was closed. I got my final charges after I returned the truck and they still charged me the dolly rental. I have emailed U-Haul several times and no response from anyone about the dolly charge
