I returned the equipment the previous day as per my rental agreement. I don't appreciate being called and greeted with an abrasive tone suggesting I didn't return equipment, I am extremely angry about this interaction and have never experienced this with any uhaul employee in the past. This woman does not belong in customer service

Celina C.We had to keep the U-Haul for an extra day due to not having the dolly's we requested. A job that could of taken us the allotted time of 6 hours with dolly's took us two days manually with no dolly's. Dealer said he forgot to put them in the night before but that we wouldn't be charged for it. Overall the U-Haul was great and easy to rent/pick up. Customer service online was great as well. Dealer was nice. He accidentally forgot to put dolly's in and that could of been done differently. Customers rent what they need and should expect to receive what they requested to make their job easier, as it should be.
Serena S.Mr. McKinney was kind and professional. We arrived early; he took care of his opening tasks then waved us in to get started. He loaded the dolly and blankets into the truck, swept it out, and started it so the cab would be cool for us. Great customer service by a very sweet man!

David B.They charged me a $25 cleaning fee claiming it was dirty and coffee stains everywhere. We left it clean inside. I did not drink ANYTHING in the unit. Nor was there any food items in it.

Lisa B.When I dropped off the truck the Uhaul facility, it was unorganized. The staff person did not check the fuel gauge to ensure the tank was full, or the truck for cleanliness. I did not receive a print out of the charges. When I got home and looked at my email to review charges I was first charged the fee for not filling the gas tank which I did, and a charge for cleaning the inside of the truck. Both things had been done. Please review my rental, and refund the money taken from my credit card. Merci

The manager knew his equipment and procedures very well. Everything I needed was available and ready to go on the spot. Lubbock UHaul rental needs to improve their availability and proper equipment. Seguin McKinney UHaul was great to work with. I had dropped off my 2 Lbb trucks at this location. McKinney's was my first choice when I need a truck for a couple hours. Thank you, McKinney's UHaul. Great experience.

Rudolfo M.I reserved a truck for pick up at 0900. I followed all the check in procedures correctly. The keys were not made available. I had to wait until the business opened at 1100. The owner told me I didn't check in correctly then he assisted other customers that arrived after me. He checked all my info on his lap top and stated “ well all your info is here†Meaning my drivers license photo, etc. I didn't get the keys and leave the business close to noon. Putting me 3 hours behind schedule. I had to rearrange the time for the movers and didn't get finished with the vehicle until well passed 2200.

Glenn H.The store and the guy there was really nice. My issue is with everything prior to this. Originally had it reserved for the one on Slaughter Lane in Austin for 8am. I get there and they tell me my reservation had been moved 25 miles away. No call, no text, nor email at all to let me know. Unfortunately I can't make it so I call the help line and the agent rebooks for the same location for a bigger truck to pick up at 4pm. At least a few hours later I was given a call but letting me know now that it had been moved 40 miles away. They did give me an extra few miles and a small discount that didn't even cover the extra cost of gas. Overall my experience has been terrible and will never use uhaul again or recommend it to anyone I talk to

John C.I returned the truck with exactly the amount of gas that was in the truck when I picked it up. A couple of hours later I receive a text from my credit card company saying I was charged $38,48 for gasoline. I called the uhaul place and the guy said you were 1/8 of a tank short. I put gas in the truck not a mile from the store, it had more gas in it than when I picked it up. The guy either put that gas in his vehicle or pocketed the money. Itvwas possible the truck was not on level ground when I dropped it off since it was gravel with potholes. Anyway I got screwed and if not corrected I will never use uhaul again. Check my record I have used uhaul and uhaul help for many moves but not any more in the future.

RENE R.I am long time customer of U-Haul however, at this location, I had the absolute pleasure to deal with Micheal. He turned a wretched day into a joy! The only thing you could improve for the next customer would be to stop the rain and clone him! He was excellent! And I appreciated his awesome customer service skills! He deserves an attaboy and a raise! People like him are worth their weight in gold! I hope you guys appreciate him. He went above and beyond!

Abigail A.This is a website comment, not for the local uhaul location... you guys need a MUCH clearer interface to ask about tire size. I *never* would think to say the vehicle had larger tires (they weren't monster tires, more lifted truck / mud tires) & I need a wider trailer. I don't haul vehicles often at all. Thus, I'm relying on YOU guys to ask such relevant questions & inform me if you see a problem. A "special comment" or "customizations" field doesn't count because I'm not sure what is/is not relevant and never would think to mention tire size there. It caused way more drama than was needful.
