CARLOS Ci was charged $12 for gas. I fueled the truck to where it was when i picked it up. Wondering why i was fuel charged.
RONALD AI am so pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The process has been refined to account for everything and eliminate unneeded steps. The people I worked with in Denver as well in The Villages in Florida are excellent and care about customer service. Keep up the great work. I plan to use UHaul for my move with their truck boxes. Nicolas CTruck was covered in ice even though it hadn't snowed for several days. Truck was not equipped with the furniture dolly as requested. Only 1 truck was available for rental at this location.
Ryan TThe app did not work for uploading photos upon dropoff. It would let me take the photo, but would load and never upload so could not proceed with the process. I restarted my phone and same issue.
