Thank you to Ed and Faisal for making this process of renting a a vehicle to move, easier for me, on such a stressful Thanksgiving weekend The van at this location was newer and very clean. Especially appreciate finding this gem of a location, as we had no idea that they were so close to where we live

Advertising for $19.95, ended up paying over $100 with all the fees. Just feels weird

The location and van pickup was wonderful but my booking for the storage that was included in my rental was unavailable and had to go to 3 locations because of this. The extra cost of the storage was not taken off my bill and was just added as extended rental cost instead of refunded to me. I was told by my original pickup location I would be given a$50 guarantee credit for not being available and should not have been charged additional gas or mileage to go to locations they had given me that were not available for storage when I got there. Please review the additional $100 charge that should not be on my bill thank you.

I wish the truck was full of gas when we picked up. It was at a quarter tank so had to stop for gas. I was told there's no way for them to get reimbursed if they fill it between customers. The people were really nice and helpful.

U-Haul let me book a vehicle at this location with mobile pick up for 7am. When I tried to pick up at 7am the app showed me there was no vehicle for my reservation. I called support and they put me onto the main U-Haul support line which was not open anyway. My entire moving day was negatively affected by this as I had to pick up much later than planned. This location was not at fault and was as helpful as they could be. Your system made the error by allowing me to book too early here. Your support was not supportive. Where is the guarantee for this service?

Actually clean the vehicle. I.E. Sweep out the box. Wash the truck, the windshield was covered with bugs. The cab had a bunch of dog hair and very dirty. Actually have the peripherals you said you would like dolly's, blankets, and furniture trucks. Or crazy idea, tell us you won't have them before we get there to pick them up. We have a whole move to do and none of what we needed. After a call to the Blackfoot location, they made it very clear that it was only if they were available, and I have no concern with the fact that it was going to cause us a problem. What an absolute scam.

My van was covered in snow that took a long time to sweep off and defrost. My vehicle had multiple maintenance warnings and was not equipped to handle the weather. I had to cut my move early and hire movers.

Mega Mart was great, and 100 % reliable and excellent customer service. I am however I am deeply dissatisfied with the fact that the place I first booked a truck from was already closed when I arrived for my scheduled pick up, Nove Nine was closed and it was 6:30 when I arrived. Nove Nine Posted Hours: Wednesday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Those are their hours, however, the place was closed and all the lights were out. I called U-Haul 1-800 and the lady told me that there was nothing she could do, so I'm not sure what the point of having us call it for help is. I did try checking it in, I thought perhaps someone was coming to meet me there, but the app said the vehicle was no longer available, yet I was sitting in my car staring straight at it. They did not respond to my email as well. Good thing I looked up another place and drove across town, they were still open when I called. They were able to accommodate my needs. I will never recommend Nove Nine for U-Haul.

I was charged for fuel after seeing yo it that the tank was exactly where it was when I picked it up. I also think I was overcharged on cost per km. So, not overly happy about that.

I did not reserve picking up the truck at this location but was assigned to this location because of a maintenance issue with the truck at the original location. This location did not seem to know that I was to have packing pads (they were able to find some for me). They also did not know about the appliance dolly I had reserved. They did not know what one was. As a result, I had to find an appliance dolly another way.

The van had a check engine light on but the attendant said not to worry about it, I would still have it checked. Other than that everything was great.

Van pickup was scheduled for 9:00AM at the Mega Mart location in Calgary. Mega Mart store owner/operator did not open the location until 9:15AM even though posted hours indicated a 9:00AM opening. Mobile pickup would have been nice.

The gentleman who works there was supportive and accommodating. However, I added a utility dolly to my rental when I did the reservation online. And when I got to the pickup location I was surprised that there was no Dolly in that location. That was wrong and unacceptable from a big company like U-haul. I didn't have time to go pick up a dolly from another location and I needed it. I ended up carrying heavy loads. Please supply your agents or update that location online if they have rental equipment of not

Hi , I ordered a 15 foot van an I measured the space and it was 12 feet long- I do not understand that at all. Please refund the difference between a 12 foot and 15 foot

The van was in good working order however the windows were dirty along with the exterior mirrors. we had to clean them before driving. The fellow helping at our location was friendly and pleasant. The answer is not a direct yes or no which is why I chose "Not applicable"

The condition of the vehicle was horrible, front suspension and steering was so bad that it was unsafe to drive faster than 50 km/h, one of the wheels was also beating so it was scary to. Vehicle was pretty dirty outside, but acceptable inside. MPG was also bad, the 15' Ford truckbox that they have is taking around 32l/100km in very smooth driving style, sometimes engine was working unstable on idle with strong vibration, so there is definitely some engine problem which, I think might be the reason of bad MPG.

Online dolly and blanket rentals were not available at the chosen location. Why was I not informed of this! Although Faisal, the person at location was super he and courteous, this wasted my time in procuring supplies after renting the uhail. Since thi clication does t stick any rental supplies,I give it a average rather than excellent or above average.

Only because you can rent vehicles at this location would I recommend it. The truck storage area was not cleaned and the truck itself was very dirty. Sideview mirror on passenger side was cracked and the passenger side window wiper was in disrepair on the end and should be replaced. The window roller handle was also missing the knob on the end on the driver's side.

I reserved for 8:30am and online it allowed me to do so. The location did not open until well after 9am. The information I received suggested I could do a pick up without the business being open. This was untrue.

The store owner was really helpful, easy going and professional. Have used their U-Haul twice in the past month and will continue to do so.

With it being in a convenience store, it made it a little hard to find. The entrance to the parking area was almost missed, I had to turn the corner and come in from a different way. The parking out in front of the store was a little jumbled. Overall still a good spot in the community, the guy that took the vehicle back in was quite helpful and pleasant to deal with.

When dropping off the vehicle was told everything was fine. The contact at the store charge me for a full tank of gas. When I called him about it he hung up on me. Please take this location off the drop off spot. There is not one good review for this location

I showed up at 8:55 for my 9:00 am pick up. Shop was closed. Waiting till 9:00 am opening. Nobody. Called the number at 9:05 on the door. A man answered saying he would call his guy. 10 minutes later he called me back said his guy wouldn't answer, he would have to come. 9:35 arrival. I waited outside in - 7 for this man to show up for 40 minutes. Can was covered in dirt, ice and snow inside that was still frozen from the person before. Back of the truck covered in mud and snow as well. I am very unhappy with my uhaul experience. No discount provided to me either for this inconvenience which effected the rest of my day as I was now late by over an hour after the wait and approving my rental etc.

I was told I could get a dolly and boxes at time of pick-up but when I picked up the truck they told me that's not a U-HAUL facility it was just a convenience store and therefore there were no dollies or boxes. Also I was charged for fuel. i received the truck 3/4 full when I picked it up and returned it with the same amount of fuel. Very bad experience
