AMEEN A.Do not charge the customer before the truck is returned. I have two pending transactions on my card now because of this. One pending putting the original estimated cost from when I picked up the truck back on my card and the second one pending taking out the actual cost of using the truck after I returned it. So now I have over 100$ in limbo... Charge the total amount once the truck is returned. Not what you think it's gonna be when the truck is rented....

And when I returned the truck, the owner left for the day and nobody else trained to process your return. Wanting me to leave without a receipt. Not professionally ran or a good experience.

The woman running the store was very sweet and apologetic she ended up calling a owner and he did it over the phone. Never did see the late guy. My original location for pick up was Taylor mi but the day before my pick up location was changed to 20 mins further from my house.

Drove very bad and used alot of gas had to fill up a total of three times on a three hundred 75 mile drive. Overall the cost was two hundred dollars more then the 679 I spent. Location was sketchy. When I asked for guy to come look at vehicle because of dents and scratches, dirty, and unclean I was told not to worry about it.

The only complaint is the person that made my reservation I wanted a 15-footer but that is still I wind up something bigger than that 20 foot or something like that at a $10 extra charge so that's only complaint I have other than that it was pretty good services.

This drop off location was supposed to log return my truck the same day, it wasn't done for days. I'm thankful for the Uhaul customer service by; phone, email, text and phone calls, reassuring me my concerns were important and noted on my account. I will continue my business with Uhaul, I will not return anything to this location.

WILLIAM S.You can start but upholding your contract orders. I asked for 9am & got an email that said be there at 9am. Once, I got there they weren't open & I logged into the online account and it said 10:30. Your company delayed my move by an hour & a half & honestly. If I didn't have to move & do everything that day I would not have proceeded. I would have just gotten a truck somewhere else. I wasn't happy. & of course there's not discounts or accommodations. Would not use again.

Rolando B.I returned the rental before 8pm, which was the time I rented it for, but the U-Haul app would not let me upload photos of the mileage. After several attempts I looked for a phone number to call for assistance, but could not find one. Finally I tried the U-Haul website, which did allow me to upload the photos. By that time it was after 8pm. If a phone number had been easily accessible it would have made this situation much less stressful.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had and would like to speak with someone to be honest. I have never had a Problem with any location in my past.
