We picked up the rental truck on a Sunday, no open business hours. The process went smoothly, but I wish I would have known that I could start the pick-up process at home because it did take time to get through it all (about 30 minutes). Once everything was approved, it went fast, but I would have rather been at home waiting for the approval instead of sitting in the parking lot.

AMY PI rented a cargo van for a week. They over charged me by a day. And when I had an issue with it all I got was attitude and told to call an 800 number with any disputes. Rachel specifically was quite rude and apparently sucks at customer service. Will never go there again.

Kyle KThe app does not work well for pickup or drop off. I looked at my receiptand was sad to see that I received a $20 fee for dropping off after hours. While this may have been a policy, it's sad that a company would charge for dropping keys off in a lock box. Seems excessive.

Joseph TThat truck is unsafe to drive in the highway. It's an incredibly bumpy ride and every bump you hit jostles the wheel to the left or right enough to turn the vehicle. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or hurts someone else behind the wheel of that truck

Gowri WWe filled gas tank way above what we got truck with and company would not reimburse us for the extra gas and just said they appreciated the donation. Then o got charged for driving the truck 2 miles more than what was allowed despite the extra 1/2 tank of gas they wouldn't pay us back for.

Ruth aI picked the 10' Uhaul up after hours, the fuel gauge was lower than reported. I filled the tank up to where it was when I received it. When I got my bill it had a fuel charge. It was only $7 dollars but when the rental is $19 plus mileage that is a significant over-charge. I had a photo of the milage and gas gauge and will receive a refund from the corporate office. But I had to make two phone calls and send my photos. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience or being over charged. I only hope this is not common practice.

Alex ACharged me for gas when it wasn't reasonable- I was told to fill the tank to 3/8 full. How much do you put in a tank to make it 3/8? It's not marked. That's also more gas than it had when I picked it up- you're supposed to return it will the gas tank on the same level you got it and I picked it up with about 1/4 of a tank- I even have a picture of it. They also didn't respond when I emailed them about this. Only use if it's your only option.
Jessica fUpon drop off told staff that vehicle had no break lights and traction control sensor was going off entire trip . Then was charged additional fuel charge, when we made sure we were over what was needed. Pictures to prove and nothing was done to rectify situation. Vehicle not safe .

Edward CI used the online check-in and check-out. It was frustrating to say the least. Website / app kept crashing. Took me several attempts and 45 minutes to check-in. Checking out, I tried to go thru the online process multiple times... kept crashing. I finally gave up and just put the keys in the dropbox and called the voice mail and left a message.

ARIANNA TI called to verify address at 7:30am for 8am pickup. PErson I spoke to was very helpful, as address online did not match where I needed to go. It would have been nice to know that the staff at the site where truck was would not be available to help. For some reason my location was on, but the UHAUL app would not recognize it was on. Caused delays getting the truck checked out. Thankfully, my son was with me and could try on his phone. Same situation at check back in. Interior of truck was dirty. MEchanicals were fine.

Travis KDon't have a drop off closed on the weekend. I filled up the tank 1 block from location, dropped the truck off at your closed facility while trying to use the app to return truck. What a mess! I was charged an extra $28 because I was told the tank wasn't full. I've always rented from uhaul over the years and I want to tell you that not only was I extremely frustrated, but will look at other options when the need arises.
