Always very good service at Merx
John Wthe only comment i have is I was charged an extra day. I brought the trailer back a day early and was still charged the full price.

Dennis BEquipment was there, but there was nobody in sight. I called the phone number and nobody answered. There were multiple buildings with Uhaul signage, but none of them were occupied and the main building appeared to have a collapsed roof and was clearly padlocked to prevent entry. Thankful to have online returns at this location.

Stacey CSince I did not hook up at the pick up, I didn't realize how heavy the trailer was. I tried myself and thought something was wrong because it felt like the hitch was not disengaging. When I asked for some assistance inside, the gentleman came out and we both lifted. It was just heavy as heck. I had disconnected everything correctly. Guess I just need to hit the weights. The gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Recommend to anyone moving and using trailers.

Robert GHorrible location. Looks abandoned and poorly maintained. 24/7 pickup did not work as expected. I had to call UHaul and was told an error had been made. It took 20 minutes to get this resolved. The two dollys were not in the truck as ordered. When calling Potosi location to inquire about the truck, the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Terry ADrivers seat belt chime kept coming on all the way from Missouri to Michigan with my seatbelt attached it was so frustrating and I had to stop at AutoZone for oil cause oil light came on. It was low on inspection

Judy PNobody at the drop off location knew what to do to check in the trailer. I called U-Haul 3 times and the second time she sent me a video that wouldn't play. The third call she said that she would take care of it. I guess she did.
Mike BMr Merx was very helpful when we found out we had a blown fuse for our trailer lights, checking our connections and all. He was very personable and witty at check out, made the whole transaction super easy and flawless.

JAMES PDid not want this sizevtruck. What is point of having multi sizes if I dont get ti use what I want and need. Always bigger truck and more money money money. Uhaul getting a bit sucky sue.

Elizabeth BI waited well after 8am for the person in charge to show up and get my rental ready I had reserved almost a month ago. I am still waiting to hear back from the Regional Manager in which I was told would be calling me 2 days ago. Over a period of time, my rentals through Uhaul have gotten worse and worse.

marya bClean the light connectors a bit with some contact cleaner. Took me a good 5 minutes to get the lights to work.

Judy PThis place was clean and organized and nice but it was 10:30 at night when i got there so i did not get to talk to anyone.
Paul WWe dropped the trailer off after hours and tried to check it in on the UHaul website. The staff at the location took care of this on his next business day because the website would not let me check it in. My only suggestion is to maintain some lighting for after hours. Many of the pictures I took for the web site check in did not come out due to lack of lighting.(the flash on my camera was reflecting too much on the metal and without flash it was too dark)

Lisa HMy comment is : the man in Potosi was very friendly and helpful. Assuring me that my pickup could easily pull a loaded trailer. I was extremely happy with the service he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with what I was doing.
BETTY RTrailer had a flat. Had to go to tire shop to get new tire put on. Additional fees not quoted at time of reservation. And money not returned at dropoff as stated.

John RThis truck was very low on oil. We had to put in 3 quarts. 2 quarts right after we drove a couple miles down the road. It had a broken windshield which we went and told the guy about it. I just think it should have been checked out good before we took it. I was not pleased with the particular truck but the overall U Haul experience was good.

Bradley RThere was no visible signage that indicated an address or the name of the place we were supposed to return it to. Luckily, there was another UHaul truck just ahead of us, so we followed his lead. Once on the lot, we called the 1800 number on our contract to confirm. We did find the drop box, and it was evident by the other UHaul equipment on site that we were in the right place. But if not for the other truck, we might have driven right past the lot. More signage please!
Dave DVery helpful and friendly staff. The equipment was in great condition and I was in and out quickly! Would definitely recommend!
