JESSE MURRIETATypical rental pick-up, not great but not horrible bad. Waiting area is inside of the grocery store, we had an uncomfortable 2o minutes to stand around in queue. No fault of the location, but truck wiring for the trailer was faulty, had to go to a service center to have it looked at, they swapped trucks. Ended up taking about 6 hours just to pick up a truck and car hauler.

Amelia HendricksNobody at this location spoke English, so I wasn't convinced that my rental would be received correctly. Thankfully it was. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and tried to communicate that I was good to leave, but it would have been better with an English speaker.

Patrick WatsonThe 3rd party Uhaul vendor at Mexico Lindo Food Market was very nice. I cannot say the same for the uhaul schedulers as they gave my 15' truck away, then gave away the 10' truck close to my house and had me so stressed out that I will NEVER EVER use haul again. uhaul tried to say the gas tank was drilled, but I think we all know haul trucks don't have locking gas caps, so wouldn't that have been an easier way to steal the gas? You think you duped me but it's your loss. haul gets ZERO STARS! No Thank you uhaul. Since I couldn't have the 15' truck (plus a car transport carrier) I reserved at least 1 month prior, you forced me to use a 10' truck with a trailer. Then had to fly back and drive my car 1000 miles to my new residence. F U
Elizabeth GarciaI was double charged. Uhaul rep did not tell me the rate I was charged was for eight hours. I rented a tow dolly at 3 pm and was told I could bring it back 8:45 next morning. I assumed it was a 24hr rental. If had been correctly explained I would have brought it back in time.

Anne BrooksI had a guaranteed reservation for pickup at 5:30. I called at 5:15 to tell them I was on my way. When I arrived 25 minutes later no U-Haul person was there. The store clerk called someone and then told me it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. Unacceptable, and since my reservation was guaranteed I should receive a credit for it not being available as guaranteed.

Terry Martinsonthis a dangerous area, did not clean truck or provide clean blankets; plus U-Haul put me on a do not rent list because I extended my last contract by phone, not sure why this was not brought up when the reservation was made, it was on the phone for 20 minutes and they finally realized I paid in full; I was told when I made my reservation that the E Broadway location rented out one way 26' trucks and had them in....but was told later, no - need to fix the script you call centers use

KEVIN JORDANI spent 2 hours driving around tuscon to get a trailer and my trailer was reserved. 3 different locations to get a car trailer. The amount of time I spent when having a reservation is unacceptable.
Jerron BuellThe U-Haul attendant was a high school girl who knew nothing about the operation or hook-up of the U-Haul auto transport we rented. The U-Haul pick up location was associated with a local market which was full of grocery shoppers. A very congested area with long check out lines where I completed the U-Haul paperwork.

Called them but no one could speak English. Then I called back in a few hours and the line was busy for an hour. Never rent from there

JOSELYNE TOLEDOTold them that the truck had no fuel in it when I picked it up in Denver but they still charged my card over 50 dollars for fuel . When I noticed I called and they talked to someone in Denver and refunded the charge to my card total bs. to go through while moving very disappointing and that is why I got the insurance because I have had crap in the past with uhaul
