Owners don't answer their phones or return a voicemail when I tried to call to let them know I was returning the truck early. Shop smells like dog urine from the 3 dogs that hangout at the office. I ordered an appliance dolly. Called to check on it the day the truck was being loaded by my movers. I was told at 9:15 am that he was looking for one at another location. He didn't call to let me know he found one or not. Movers went and bought one. So that we could get finished. We were done loading everything heavy by noon. Owner showed up at 12:15 with a dolly. Said he drove to Stillwater to get it. We had no idea that it was coming at all. I will rent a U-Haul truck again. But not through MGM office.

I had to drive the U-Haul back from Cleveland ok so he could have it the next day to rent it out. Therefore my mileage was doubled when I could have just dropped it off in Sapulpa ok. So I was charged way more than I should have.

Yards where equipment is stored is very poorly organized. Most of the U-Haul equipment is located at a completely different lot. To hook this trailer up, which I did by myself, I had to pick up the tongue, turn it completely around and push/pull it out of the parking lot and into the street to hook it up, then drive all the way back to the "office" to verify I did it right. I couldn't even pull the U-Haul truck I was driving into the lot due to the amount of clutter there was, and the trailer I was picking up was behind 4 or 5 other trailers.

We were told we would get an extra 75 miles due to having to pick it up beyond our town and having to drive it back to our town. It ended up costing for extra mileage. Would not honor the agreement, so we paid additional $61.67. It has happened before, so just be warned if you pick it up at point B and have to drive it to point A they will charge you.

It is just a sore spot that is busy nothing critically wrong. It's just a shop with a very small lot in a jam packed area is all.

There’s zero communication between location pick up call center to certify equipment been returned I also was charge extra after equipment was drop off on time.

The address on my receipt was incorrect I had to call to get the correct address. Sat and waited for over an hour for the person to come outside and help me. He ended up coming out at the end of me disconnecting my trailer myself(because I was tired of waiting)in the pouring rain to "Help".I even dropped it off a day early. Would not recommend drop off location

Title: Above-Average Location, but Truck Maintenance Concerns Review: I recently rented a Uhaul truck from a location that I found to be above average overall. I would certainly recommend this location to a friend based on my experience. However, I feel it is important to highlight a couple of maintenance issues that I encountered with the truck. Firstly, the truck's brakes were in need of repair. This raised concerns regarding safety, as reliable brakes are crucial for any vehicle. I strongly recommend that the rental location addresses this issue promptly to ensure the safety of future renters. Additionally, I noticed that the liner in the cab of the truck was falling down. While this may be considered a minor issue, it does affect the overall comfort and aesthetics of the vehicle. It would be beneficial for the rental location to address this concern as well, as it could improve the overall customer experience. Despite these maintenance issues, I must acknowledge that the truck itself ran well during my rental period. It performed satisfactorily and met my expectations in terms of functionality. In conclusion, the Uhaul location exceeded my expectations overall, and I would readily recommend it to others. However, it is crucial that the rental location addresses the brake issue and the liner in the truck's cab to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future customers.

Waited 1 hour after we got there. The door said closed from 12 to 1 for lunch we got there at 1:15 and called him and he said it wouldn't be long and go ahead and hook up the trailer. This after I drove 25 miles.

Everyone I came into contact to either in person or by phone was helpful, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The trailer was in fine shape and we had no trouble. I can't think of anything they could improve. I would give them a 5 star rating Except maybe some coffee for the road--LOL

There was no one on site when we went to pick up the u-haul. I understand the person that was supposed to be there was ill. We had driven 75miles to pick it up so it was stressful. The lady that came after we called was pleasant and an hour and a half past pick up time, we were able to leave. Stuff happens and it all worked out.

Yes the vehicle was clean. Between the time I left the rental location until I returned, it leaked 3/4 of a tank of fuel out of the front of the fuel tank. Was also told I could pick it up at 7am on Friday morning and no one showed up. When the owner showed up at 7:45 am after I called him at 7, he asked who said I could pick it up at 7am, because they do not open until 8. When I told him who told me I could pick up the vehicle, I was told "she's going to get her ass fired".

The truck was honestly the biggest piece of trash I've ever rented. It was over heating, the brakes were terrible, the steering was loose and it was dirty when I picked it up. Its a miracle the number one cause of death in the United States isn't uhaul

I elected no insurance for my rental since USAA covers vehicles and trailers I am renting or borrowing. However, the individual that wrote up the contract added the insurance and unfortunately I didn't realize it until after the fact. Don't add insurance just because you may receive a premium.

I made a reservation online to another location but when I got there the people that were to return the truck I was getting didn't return the truck so the gentleman was very helpful and got us a truck from the next closest location. All in all easy pickup and easy drop-off. Merci

The owner at MGM towing was not at facility at 9:00am. We had to go to another uhaul facility in Enid to get his cell phone number and then he showed up an hour late. He made jokes about not being there on time. Extremely poor customer service!!
