I returned two rentals to this location and U-Haul had no record that they were returned.. May or may not have been the fault of this location.

Great people who took care of closing out the transaction. No issues of any kind. What to do to improve the experience? Let these folks teach others how to work with customers. They were great.
WILLIAM H.This location had a limited selection of available trailers. But was happy that they had the size I needed. Keep in mind this isn't a full blown U-haul location. But just a limited authorized dealer. They did help me hook up the trailer. Overall a pleasant experience.
