What started out as a $19.95 truck rental quickly mushroomed to an over $45.00 truck rental. The rental truck itself was rough riding/handling. The guages on the truck indicated that the rights rear tire needed air,. The bottom LEFT MIRROR on the driver,s door was broken. And,"Oh by the way," The truck only had Less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I got it. Finally the check engine light was on the entire time I used the truck.

Better check out process to avoid unnecessary waiting. I had a reservation and was on time when the location open. My truck ended up not being available and took them close to an hour to let me know they didn’t have the truck. Not the experience I’m accustomed to having when I reserve directly with UHAUL

The person who helped us gave very brief drop off instructions “go to ____ location and put keys in drop box”. This caused us to lock U-Haul and rid of keys prior to completing all the necessary steps for checking the vehicle in with the cell phone. Be sure to advise customers to complete steps on cell phone BEFORE getting rid of keys.

I recently moved and rented from this location for 1 hour or less twice to move a few items. Today, I was appalled at the dirty & raggedy truck I was given. It was dented every where, multiple engine lights were one & it was filthy dirty in the inside. It should not have been on the road. If I had it for more than an hour I would have brought it right back. Because, I did not feel safe in it! Simply inexcusable and horrible! I mentioned it to the lady I rented it from initially & she said, “we’ll take it off the road”. When I got inside the other lady dismissed my issues! I believe it’ll be rented again & putting others in danger! ??
