My scheduled rental period was for Monday to Monday. When my use changed I was a bit disappointed that they were only open until noon on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. They were very cordial and understanding but it still cost me more than it could have.

After telling me I could drop off the trailer by 5 p.m. I was still charged an extra day for bringing it back approximately 45 minutes late. They could have used that trailer that same day immediately. Very disappointing I believe you should refund my day's pay.

Trailer came off the ball 30 miles after having it installed by Uhaul at about 45 MPH. Safety chains were not installed properly either. Lucky no wreck or damage to my vehicle, but did damage some of the cargo I was transporting. What you can do to improve service is to make sure your installers take a training course and become certified before they are allowed to hookup or work on Uhaul equipment.

The new owners of this facility have a secretary who went above and beyond learning how to rent me this truck. A hearty thank you to her. And thanks to Paul the district manager who was there teaching the new owner how to properly check the truck back in. What a smoothie transaction!
