I came to drop off afterhours and the lock box would not lock so I wasnt sure what to do. It was confusing and I left the key in a random place and left a voicemail. He later called and figured it out but that was the only weird part!

I got charged twice and the guy was pretty rude. Added extra stuff that we said we didn't want. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and this was my FIRST and LAST experience.

We were very frustrated but this man worked to get us the right truck and even helped us further by going above and beyond what was expected to help us.

As this isn't his "main business" if you already have a uhaul profile set up online, it will help speed up your time. Equipment was great, clean and worked well both times I've rented here.

Edgard Uinstruct this impatient rude and lyin individual how to run a uhaul place its supposed to be a simple hassle free experience he charge me double for a one day rental of 6 miles thats how close i live to this place and i made one trip one load it shouldve been no more than 69 dollars not 130
