MICHAEL BThe drop-off location wasn't so much the problem. They made the drop off incredibly easy. However, what really sucked was that I put in my drop-off location as Leadville on the website and that was accepted with no problem. Then when I picked up the trailer I was informed that Leadville isn't a drop-off location for trailers because it is unmanned and there will be no one there to check in my trailer when I'm done with it. So I had to drive over an hour to Fairplay to drop it off and when I got there there was no one there to check my in anyway. It was a massive waste of time for no reason. So my complaint is with UHaul on this one not the location itself.

WAYNE Simprove the app. The app takes a long time to upload a drivers licenses. What it does is after the picture is taken it will not show it was uploaded. One nnes to refresh the app to show the picture and allow you to move on in the check in process.
Robert KHave had troubles with online availability not matching actual inventory that they ever have at several locations, specifically Silverthorne, Co and Florrisant,CO. I would trust Fairplay to be a realibale dealer again and by far the best service of any of the others have talked to or dealt with. Went out of way to go there, took the chance again and not disappointed. Gas actually full etc too which was helpful. No false advertising, answer phone etc. Mad simple clear and at ease. Merci.

MICHAEL BThe girl who gave me the contract was super nice. The biggest issue was the storage unit we had the gate did not open. U-hall called me the next morning gave me a $50 refund and I had an agreement with the woman at the desk that the next day was going to be covered the manager the next day tried to charge me an extra $113 dollars. U-hall please talk to the different managers for they can have more empathy. I don't think it was right that a manager tells a customer to call the 1800 number and pay for an agreement that the girl called him in front of me. I don't want to get her in trouble, I am not going to ask for a refund. I just want the managers to to take accountability and if they say something on their day of or on duty just stick to what they told the customer.

SCOTT NWe did have bad tire issue we did not notice until we had the trailer loaded. But an excellent service representative has us up in great time with friendly service ASAP. These folks really helped us out of tight spot with our broken care that we need to haul one way back to our home with anothe vehicle we had with us. We got great service on the phone and on sight. Would recommend.

Michael MI was rerouted for pickup, with 1 day notice and drove almost 150 miles for pickup and then a different location for drop off. I paid an extra full tank of gas just to be able to move. I would like to be reimbursed

Vanessa GLittle lowkey spot in Fairplay. Moving to Breckenridge, this drop-off location made it much easier to turn the trailer in than having to go all the way back to Denver. The folks at the RV Park were kind and helpful, and were able to get me turned in and out of there in 5 minutes. Totally happy with the experience.

john iThe people weren't there when I tried to drop off my trailer despite being "open." I worked with national and did a self return.
David CThis was literally a cross country move for us. I had previous experience towing and driving large vehicles. I will say that I was surprised to see that I could pull away with a 26ft vehicle and car trailer without any sort of proof of ability to drive it cross country. Additionally there were no chains provided for a winter move. Some of that is the renter's responsibility to plan accordingly but also there is also some company responsibility to their equipment and putting people on the road . With confidence. I would never do a cross country move on my own again even with my years of experience.

richard lFirstly, the person I dealt with was extremely friendly & quick to offer alternatives. However, the open trailer that I reserved two weeks prior was not available due to the lights on the right side not working. Because the only other trailer they had available that wasn't either "local only" or reserved, I was given an enclosed 6x12 trailer (positive - at the same price; negative - I sucked a bunch of gas & wear on my car for a 3/4 empty trailer). I specifically requested the open trailer because I didn't have much to move & was going to be doing a lot of mountain travel and wanted less weight. My suggestion is that when someone returns a vehicle or trailer that it is checked over by an employee to make sure that it is ready to be turned around, rather than depending on the prior customer to point out any issues.

James MThe truck had a "service tire monitor system" message on dash. The window was partially lowered and there was no door handle to roll it up. The cupholders had water in them and the truck was filthy. A different Uhaul location that we stopped in at, in an attempt to trade out the truck, said it never should have benn rented out and was discusting. Will never revisit this location again.
Steve BI had an overheating issue and returned the trailer less than an hour late and the attendant said no problem he'd check it in and 3 hours later I received a charge for an additional day .

Geoffrey TAgain, U-Haul's online booking application is terrible. I booked a trailer at a location 7 miles from me and the reservation was updated for this FairPlay location 1 1/2 hours away. Your inventory control is a failure but rather than fix it your put the burden on me to solve your problem. Stop booking equipment without a guaranteed pickup. You will lose instant earnings but will regain customer loyalty. I will try hard to not have to use Uhaul in the future.
