Owner is of a restaurant. When running 2 businesses at the same time ,exceptional customer service can be challenging,. This gentleman gave us prompt service and we even arrived a bit early.

Bruce SI told the person who rented to me that I had never rented a u-haul before. I was expecting to pay 29 and was charged 88 because I was going to drop off somewhere else.( didn't know the rules) That's OK , but I said I could return it by opening the next morning, at the original location, and she said I would get charged another 29 for an additional day which I thought was unreasonable because the trailer couldn't be rented again until then anyway.
